House was excellent, lots of accomodations for several families staying for the weekend. Great view of the lake, town is very walkable.

Amazing place, close to the lake, the house it's min from the lake kids loved the fireplace. Amazing host respond in min if you need anything. Will come back there for sure

just a wonderful house for a big family or mutliple smaller families to have a vacation. house is centrally located almost near everything at Shcroon Lake. 10 min walk to downtown and public beach. also downtown is grocery store and stewarts (it is NYs cumberland farms w/ ice cream shop). 1/4 mile in other direction for pizza shop, liquor store, dollar general. house is on main road but landscaping/bushes/trees make it feel secluded enough. the house is bigger in person. easily fit our 3 families (6 adults and 8 kids). We all remarked how quiet it felt at times even with all the kids having fun. the front porch is "The Spot" to hang out, GREAT VIEW! any golfers, the municipal course is 1/4 mile behind the house, nice little 9 hole course. great to wake up and walk on at 7am to get a quick nine in and get home while kids are waking up and eating breakfast. (get to the blue tees on 4th hole, view is amazing!) fire pit was great, EVERYTHING was great and the owners were very responsive I can't recommend this property enough

We had an awesome time at this property. Big yard and fire pit for the whole family to enjoy as well as a large wrap around porch with tons of seating options. Kitchen was stocked with every utensil we could need and the rooms were well cleaned and very welcoming. Plenty of room for large families. Short walk to town and public beach. Mosquitoes were tough this time of year but nothing you can do about that! Overall great stay.

Loved this home which accommodated 10 plus adults and a couple of teenagers. The house was spotless upon our arrival. We really enjoyed how spacious the rooms are as well as the nice view from the front porch. Lots to do in the area: hiking, golfing, shopping, boating. Something for everyone! Location is ideal with just a short walk into town. Would definitely stay here again.

House was very spacious! Extra bonus room next to the kitchen. Lots of space for everybody! All the rooms and bathrooms were clean - and exactly as advertised. The kitchen was pretty well stocked with pots/pans. As stated - bring all your own spices and oils, etc. nice there was storage space for food. One of the best houses by a lake we have rented!!

Large enough for a large family reunion in a great location. Large porch and big living room ideal for sitting around. Kitchen excellent. Entire house beaufifully maintained. Owner very helpful. Plenty to do with family. Rented a pontoon boat from Marina for cruising on the lake. Just a beautiful location.

Clean home. Easy check in. Very spacious. Nice having access to fireplace outback and sporting goods in the shed.

We traveled fro PA for a family wedding. There were11 of us in this house and there was more than ample room. The Host was extremely accomadating and communication was great. The entire family enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

Very nice well kept and stocked home. The dining room and living room in this house are large making it good for a large number of people. The bonus room uptstairs was the perfect kid / teenage hangout space. Ryan

Had a great time at the Hoffman house - we were a group of 14 and there was ample sleeping space and space in general for everyone. The backyard is great for lawn games + the firepit area is awesome. The kitchen is well stocked and big, the bathrooms were recently renovated, and the living room was perfect. Its a short 10min walk to the main street bars and restaurants as well, and a 5 minute walk to the town beach. Would definitely stay again

The house is beautiful and large enough to accommodate large families. Close to town and lake., just a short walk. Several restaurants nearby. Rented a pontoon boat from the local marina and spent the day on the lake and beach. Check in was simple and owner was easy to communicate with.. Great time, would stay again.

This house was accommodating in every way our group needed. If I’m searching for another place In The future I will be reaching back out to these owners…highly recommended

We stayed the first weekend of March for three nights to fish the Schroon Lake Ice Derby. The house was plenty large enough to handle our group of eleven and the location was perfect to access the ice as well walk into town for dinner/drinks at night. Looking forward to staying there for years to come!

This beautiful house was clean and welcoming upon arrival. My extended family and I enjoyed week away just relaxing and enjoying each other’s company and this was the perfect place to do it. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook delicious meals while the kids enjoyed darts and fooseball. The house is within walking distance to the town, which had a coffee shop, ice cream (at Stewart’s), a supermarket and a few bars and restaurants. Across the street from the house is a wine and liquor store. The property owners were amazingly communicative and helpful.

We had a great time! Check in/out was easy and the hosts were very responsive. The house was large and exactly as advertised. We had 13 people and plenty of room. We were concerned about the property only having 2 bathrooms, but it was fine; we had enough hot water for everyone to shower after a long day of skiing! Thank you to the Hoffman house owners!

My friends and I had such an incredible experience at the Hoffman Lakeview house. It is charming, incredibly spacious (especially the indoor and outdoor common areas), close to town, and you can look out at the lake from the front porch. As a group of 8, we easily could have had several more people with us and would have had plenty of room. Dominick was very communicative throughout the stay and the experience was seamless. Would absolutely stay here again.

What a fantastic mini vacation in the beautiful Adirondack mountains! The Hoffman Lakeview house was beautifully appointed and provided everything we needed for a large group of 12 guests. Spacious, and very clean, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Hosts are very accommodating and the area provides plenty to do just a short drive away! Don't hesitate to book this lovely home!

We enjoyed our stay! It is a great location to be able to walk to town- We didn’t because of our younger aged children with us, but noticed sidewalks! House was clean and Dominick was very responsive and checked in to ensure everything was as expected & it was! Nice yard and fire pit! View of the lake. Schroon beach near by - small but a nice swim! This is a big older home that has been nicely updated. It really stands out for the common areas, including a huge living room on the ground floor and a smaller one upstairs, with TVs in both and a game console upstairs. The kitchen has all new appliances and an island that people can eat at, to augment the dining room table which seats around 8. There are 5 double beds and 5 singles (including 1 trundle bed). The garage in back is great for storing bikes etc. It's a short walk to the town center. The owner is very accommodating and communicative. Very complete and accurate instructions were provided. The only downside is the mosquitos outdoors. They're active day and night. Bring repellant!
