Good sized one bed flat. Beautifully furnished and a just across the road to the beach

Parking can be difficult on busy weekends

Lovely property with everything you’d need. Location was perfect for a couple of days at the beach and close to plenty of bars/pubs and restaurants to visit in the evening. Patio terrace is also a huge bonus and was lovely to sit on in the evening and morning. Apartment is beautifully decorated with lots of little touches and attention to detail.

We were very blessed with the weather but this did mean we were woken up by bright sunlight coming through the curtains this morning. If you’re a light sleeper I would recommend bringing an eye mask and maybe some earplugs.

Nice little appartement ar the sea of Folkstone

The location was great - really close to the harbour. The apartment was clean and the host sent communications letting us know where to find the keys and reminding us of check out time, etc. There was a coffee machine and pain au chocolat left out for us for breakfast.

The booking process was very straightforward, the property easy to find and the instructions to access it were very clear. It was great to have a space to store our bikes for the night too. So practical!

Phil was a great host - very helpful with knowledge of the local area! The apartment was very clean, comfortable and had a lovely homely feel. The beds were very comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed and Phil had even left a few little breakfast treats for us!

No negatives with our stay!

Very comfortable, well thought out apartment with everything you needed. Spotlessly clean. Great location for seafront, harbour arm and beyond. Loved the use of limited edition canvasses by a local artist.

Beautiful apartment, comfortable and cosy on a stormy day.

Great location in close proximity to both the beach and the town. Apartment was surprisingly spacious and well furnished with quirky décor. The property was clean and the host was very helpful via text.

Lovely house, a short walk from the centre and the harbour. Phil is really kind and gave us a lot of advice.
