Everything was beautiful. Had issues with water pressure, Really enjoyed ourselves

My husband, myself, our 4 kids (14, 12, 12 and 8 months), my parents and my grandmother all traveled to Frisco to visit with my husband’s family. We needed a place with enough bedrooms for sleeping and with something for our teens to do with their downtime. This house was perfect! We enjoyed watching the bunnies in the yard, the big grass park next door and the game room was a total hit. The house was clean and well-maintained. The hosts were super responsive any time I reached out with questions before the trip and then while we were staying at the house. We would highly recommend this house and we will certainly be back!

I had multiple conversations with the owner of this property and thought I was going to have a great experience, but unfortunately that wasn’t the case and here’s why. 1. I had to contact him because the door code only worked once and I was late to an event. 2. No hot water in the kitchen, I had to boil water to wash dishes. 3. Owners turned off the refrigerators a day ahead of my departure date and caused $150 worth of food to go bad. 4. And this was the most important issue… the owner knew children were staying in the home and had an unsecured glass table top for the dining table. Three of my youngest grandchildren were injured by glass when the glass table top slid off and shattered. I informed the owner of all of this and it’s been over a week since our stay and I haven’t heard a word from him/them. This was my first time using VRBO and although this was direct negligence on the part of the owners, VRBO should vet their properties better. Robin

The house was bigger than expected and looked even better than the photos. It was fully stocked with everything we needed. I just wished it was cleaned better as we found a dead cockroach and dirty sock under the sofa.

This was our first Vrbo rental. Because of our expereince iwth this property and owners, we will rent again. This was a beautiful home in a very nice, quiet, safe neighborhood. My family of 4 stayed 3 nights, just a little get away before the chaos of school and college begins. There was plenty of room. Although we spent most of our time together, we didn't feel like we were cramped and could separate into different rooms if needed. Kitchen was stocked with essentials. Beds were comfortable and master bathroom showerhead was amazing! We had access to the neighborhood pool. The location was within 10-20 minute drive to anywhere we wanted to go. Troy & Terri were great in communicating via email and text and quick to respond to any questions I had. They were clear in expectations of their guests. Honestly, I don't feel like taking the trash bins to the road and washing the dishes we used is too much to ask of their guests. We would stay again. In fact, my kids (ages 14 and 18) said this was the best vaca ever. We didn't even do much outside of the house. I'd say that's a win!

Our experience at the property was enjoyable. The home was clean, and the property manager was friendly and reachable. The neighborhood was beautiful and safe. The property is in a great location and close to malls and grocery stores and gas stations. The only issue was there were maintenance issues that need to be addressed. The flooring in the master bedroom was coming up (which was an issue because we had a vision impaired guest with us). Also, there were a couple wasps' nest at the front door. We had to purchase wasp spray to kill them because they kept getting in the house. Also, there may be a wasp nest in the walls as the wasps just kept coming no matter how many we killed. One of the full size beds was very close to the ground and uncomfortable.

It was a beautiful home and the property is very well maintained. We were able to be comfortable and enough room to enjoy our stay. It was a great place to stay with our family. The contact people were Friendly, always communicated very quickly, helped us accommodate a family get together. Would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful Home!

The host was very accommodating towards our big group and all the furry pets we brought with us. They even set out a bowl of treats that our dogs loved! The house was beautiful with plenty of space. Just aware that the beds are smaller so if traveling with toddlers to prepare ahead of time. The host was very responsive to text messages and any issues or questions we had such as check in/out time. The only thing was that I did have to initiate conversation with host about check in codes since I was not sent any. I would definitely stay here qfain

We had several family members stay in Frisco for my son’s wedding. The place was clean, location was ideal and great to unwind after wedding rehearsal dinner and wedding event. The game room was a big hit for the family. Troy and Terri were great from start to finish. We will definitely call on Troy and Terri again for future stays.

This home has everything a family needs on vacation Great location as well This home accommodated my large family very well and was spacious,clean,and comfortable just to name a few!!!! We felt right at home as soon as we dropped our luggage The home was very clean and sanitary and I will definitely be returning to this home because our stay was simply a relaxing experience that we will Never forget ! My whole family loved the home and we will sure to be back soon to stay You will not be disappointed!!!

Troy was an amazing host! The house was stocked with everything you would need and more! Troy was available to answer any questions that we had. He also gave us great recommendations for our stay. I have stayed at many VRBO’s, this stay was the best. Great location, great house, great host!

three families with kids stayed at this property over a three day weekend. Lots of bed rooms and beds, nice kitchen, nice living room setup for watching tv and relaxing. We had a brief water heater issue during our stay. But Troy answer my texts almost always immediately, and the problem was resolved in a timely fashion. The only thing that we didn't like is the wind. Why is Dallas so windy in the winter?

Traveled to Dallas Area and had a family of 11 gathered this property was amazing. The beds were clean and very comfortable. The neighbor was quite and so lovely. Would definitely come back and recommend to anyone looking for an oasis away from home.

This spectacular house was spacious and perfect for our family’s stay with a sporting event in Frisco. The hosts had great communication which we really appreciated. Highly recommend this host and property!

Property was perfect for what we needed. Granddaughters wedding was in Aubrey, so the drive was not bad at all. Upstairs gameroom was a hit with the grandkids who are all 16-18. They thought it was going to be boring, but they really enjoyed it. The rest of the family, including my 84 year old dad, thought it was great.

Great experience with location. Easy access to many places.
