As I didn't stay in the property but rather it was occupied by a client I cannot comment on anything other than to say that he did not comment on anything - no complaint means that he was satisfied!

It was good and OK.

The central heating was off time.

The dishes in the cupboard were dirty, the bed was very low to the floor.

I really like the facilities, I can make myself food, the Tesco is just opposite the house. The studio is bright, clean and new. The host Rachel is brilliant, she answered phone straight away whenever I called, particularly came to the place to help get the keys out. Wonderful service.

Poor instructions to unlock your room. Pls can you edit instructions to say the code unlocks a tiny wall safe that holds the keys to your room? I spent 30minutes thinking I had the wrong code. I called the phone numbers, no one picked up, finally I went on you tube and searched for the video of how the lock worked and saw that it didn’t open the door, but held the key to the door. Clearer instructions will help the settling in experience after a long journey. it shouldn’t be a battle to get into your room. Apart from that incident, I was really satisfied with the room, I’ll use again and I highly recommend.

No problems accessing the property, had everything I needed for my stay. I was pleasantly surprised by how smart the studio looked like. No noisy neighbours, 15min walk to the centre. Tesco express opposite. Thank you for having me

There was a fair bit of damp on the wall near the carpet, luckily didn't smell at all. Would get 5/5 if that was painted at least

For me my room was to close to front door. But that is a very minor issue.

It was new and clean. Close to the town center.I had kitchenett and everything to do sone cooking.

The instructions for openning the door were wrong,because it said to wave,but its not worthy to wave ,because it did not open. Only when I phoned the lady on the phone told me to toch the black part of the door with my first finger. Its a huge difference between waving and touching. Any way somehow I enetered in the end. I wish I could have somewhere to hung the towels and my coat.The heating does not warm quickly but it was good that I had an additional heating in one of the cupbourds. Like whole is worthy for the money .

Really clean and tidy and well-designed. The kitchen and bath features were perfect. It was such a complete small area that you can live for months with pleasure. I was really surprised when I noticed the details in the room, fridge, dishes, spoons, microwave, kettle, tea-coffee, cups, spare pillows, spare toilet papers, ...

It would be nice if simple hotel slippers exist ( I do not prefer walking on the surface without shoes that people walk with shoes ). The radiators were hot but the room was a bit cold, maybe because of the cold weather of the Peterborough nights that I stay, I do not know.

I like the fact it has it's own kitchen and bathroom inside.

No cupboard to hang my coats.

Cosey room, powerful heater was a nice touch, nice bathroom.

A small desk of sorts (maybe foldaway to the wall) would be a nice touch for work.

Very clean place. Nice modern look to it. It's right next to a tesco express which is handy.

I happen to stay here in December which means the weather was very cold, when I arrived to my room it was so so cold. There was 1 radiator in room and 1 in bathroom, radiators take a LONG time to heat a room up so I was cold majority of my stay :( When selecting Netflix on the TV it just froze each time meaning I couldn't watch Netflix (not a huge issue but if its included it should work..).
