The place was so nice, very clean and the staff are very courteous. Best breakfast served especially the longanisa. Napakabait din ni Manong Guard, if may kailangan ka sabihan mo lang sya hehehe highly recommended to all my friends who wants to travel in Ilocos Norte. We enjoyed a lot!!!

Breakfast is good coz you have more choices, especially their fried boneless bangus. Truth is, when we requested for 2 eggs each they served the same without extra cost. Room and bathroom facilities are complete and clean, with strong hot bath water. Highly recommended for couples and family.....

on our second day of stay, we have our lunch in the hotel where we ordered fish sinigang, pakbet, bagnet and chicken in garlic parmesan. the chicken was solely eaten by our children. late in the afternoon our youngest already complained of headache and a little pain in the stomach. at dinner time our youngest did not join us anymore as she was not feeling well after vomiting for three times. at 8:30pm we went to St. Camillus Hospital for an outpatient check-up of our youngest as she has vomited for five times already and complains of stomachache. an hour later my husband has to fetch our two daughters from the hotel as they have chatted of stomach pains and vomiting too. all three of them vomited again at the hospital even after the medicines were injected. unfortunately, after questioning by the doctor, it turns out that the chicken has cause the vomiting and stomach pains of our three daughters, which they have to endure for several days before we left for Manila on the 17th. i have informed the front desk about it on the morning of 15th as there was no one manning the reception area when we arrived from the hospital at around 11:30 in the evening of 14th. i was told that the management will be informed of what happened and my contact number was taken for them to reach out. Up to this writing, no call was received. do hope same incident won't happen to other families staying in the hotel.

Privacy. Room settings are left untouched especially AC.

Electrical outlets needed more Room lighting in LED is better.

Friendly staff. Close to city proper so it is more convenient for us to go to the places we would like to visit especially our family. Staff and security guards were helpful. Complete amenities such as swimming pool, gym and a little restaurant. Private sitting areas were available if you want to talk to someone in a private setting.

Parking is not convenient sometimes. Roads are too narrow because it is a residential area. The breakfast lounge/restaurant is small so it is hard to walk around when somebody is already sitting around the tables.

Breakfast has good selection, in fact lunch and dinner were also very good. Staff is 5-star... friendly, attentive and helpful.

We took cold showers for couple of days because the water heater was not turned ON. We just thought there was no hot water. But after asking about hot water, it was corrected within minutes. The maid staff also did a fantastic job.
