We loved our stay! Location was perfect and the game room was a hit with the older kids!

We absolutely loved this house. I rent a lot of VRBO houses and this one is the cleanest I have ever stayed in. The beds are so comfy and the kitchen very well stocked. It was so nice to walk to the shops, restaurants and grocery stores. Most essentials were provided. It's a super cool house and will definitely stay here again. 3 generations were able to come together for some family time. This home was perfect for our needs. Location was near the Aquarium and within walking distance of the best pizza in Chattanooga, coffee shops, shopping and the art district. Took our "grands" to "Chalk alley" in the art district, where they were encouraged to draw on the walls! The home allowed us to cook. Took advantage of the washer and dryer when the kids got their jackets soiled. All of the family enjoyed the game room and board games available. Provided the get-away and time to relax that we needed. While there were 5 televisions in the house, we didn't use them. We had quality time with our family and was to make memories spending time together. We would do it again!

Excellent property and overall experience. Owner went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. HVAC was out on first level and they made sure there were space heaters keeping the home warm! They checked in throughout our stay and made us feel welcome. Would stay here again!

This property was very refreshing. Everything was clean and well kept. Plenty of thoughtful and useful extras that are available to use at the house; a high chair, pack n play, well-stocked and organized kitchen. We enjoyed the game room as well. Aesthetically, the decor in this house is very tasteful and creates a pleasant atmosphere. The location is excellent for several attractions such as the aquarium, rock city, etc. I would highly recommended this property!

My niece was getting married and we needed a place for some family to stay and all the family to gather. This was the place! Clean, up to date, spacious. Open floor plan on the first floor meant plenty of space for everyone to visit. Game room upstairs was a major hit. Location was very close to downtown and the wedding venue. Perfect!

We were in town for a wedding and loved how close yet secluded our weekend get away was. Can’t say enough about how great the house was and the location. We will definitely be back!

This property is absolutely beautiful and comes with everything you could need. They even had dog bowls there for our furry friends. The hosts went above and beyond for us. We even had an unfortunate incident where the motor blew in one of the ac units causing the coils to freeze over. They sent someone out to look at it less than two hours after contacting them and it was fixed shortly after. On top of the excellent response and attention to the matter they offered to pay for our dinner that night. If you are looking to visit Chattanooga look no further this is the place to stay!!

Overall, the property is exactly as described, and the rooms are very spacious and inviting. India and Desmond are wonderful hosts and have gone out of their way to ensure the house feels like a home. The house is fully stocked with all the kitchen items you could ask for (right down to seasonings and a coffee station), plenty of pillows and towels, and even has full size shamoo, conditioner, body wash, and lotion in the bathrooms. For the important things that usually aren't mentioned in the listing: The internet was very fast, and we had no issues during out stay despite us using 5 phones, 3 laptops, and streaming on 2 tvs throughout the week. Also, the water pressure is fantastic. I was pleasantly surprised that we could take showers and run the dishwasher simultaneously without affecting the pressure or availability of hot water. This is one of the best rental properties we have ever encountered because it feels like India and Desmond are managing the property efficiently and truly care if you have a great stay. The moment we walked in, we were greeted with a hand-written note and snacks to welcome our family. The vibe that we got from the property is that this is a true rental property and not just somebody's house that is stripped of all personality and amenities. They even provide a few hygiene items in case you left something at home. We will definitely recommend to anyone staying in the area for future visits!!

This was a perfect home for our family. The home is beautifully decorated and all the little touches were thought of to ensure a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, it was central to everything and had restaurants within walking distance to the house. We give our stay a 10 our of 10!!

We stayed here for a week with family friends, 8 people total, 4 of those kids. There was plenty of room for all of us. It was so fresh, clean and everything was ready for us when we got there. We had zero problems. We loved our stay there. By far the best rental experience I have had. 5 millions stars, highly recommend.

We visited with our family of 5 and had a wonderful stay. The home is well appointed and very clean. Our kids (8, 5, and 2) had a great time in the game room. We will definitely try to stay again when we next visit Chattanooga.

This is a wonderful location and house in Chattanooga. India and Desmond are excellent hosts and they really are so thoughtful with all the items they left and are provided for the guests in the house from the handwritten thank you note to the emergency-needed-stash under the sink in the main bedroom's bathroom to the kitchen appliances and the kids' utensils, etc. The game room is super fun, and the decor is lovely and the house very clean. We highly recommend!

The owner has thought of every convenience you might need! The home is completely organized and extremely comfortable in every way; the decor is very well done and beautifully kept! The boys totally enjoyed the game room which kept them busy during a rain storm! I would definitely rent this property again and highly recommend it!

We had a lovely weekend in Chattanooga and were very pleased with the property! It was extremely clean and the owners carefully thought of every detail that would make our stay even more enjoyable! There were so many things, from leaving a handwritten welcome note to providing a basket filled with items “just in case we forgot them,” their attention to detail and thoughtfulness was exceptional! Highly recommend!

This house is located in a wonderful location making it easy to access Whole Foods, plenty of restaurants, and a great coffee shop. We were able to walk downtown to enjoy the aquarium and the parks along the river. It fit our family of 6 with plenty of space to hangout…and our kids enjoyed the game room!

If we could give this beautiful home 10 out of 10 stars we would! The host thought of absolutely everything to make our stay wonderful. The home itself was decorated beautifully and was stocked with everything you could possibly need. In addition to a fully stocked kitchen the house had everything we needed to enjoy a night in with games and a movie night. The fun game room was an added bonus that we thoroughly enjoyed. The location was perfect and was very close to all the great things downtown Chattanooga has to offer. The host was an absolute pleasure to communicate with and literally thought of everything! From the basket of forgotten toiletries to the personal recommendations for local restaurants. We also appreciated the video tutorials available walking us through everything from the beautiful fireplace to the heating and air controls. This was the perfect home for our girls trip to Chattanooga and would definitely stay again!

The property is beautiful and everything you can imagine was provided. We had some issues with the gate but Indy and Desmond had it resolved the very next day. The kitchen was well stocked with even a nice welcome note and a gift card to a wonderful bakery was provided. We are all over 60ty years old and even enjoyed the game room. We would recommend having a small trash receptical in each bedroom because when we needed to throw things away we always had to use the bathroom trash can. Our dogs enjoyed running in the backyard. I would certainly recommend staying here. Thank you Indy and Desmond for making our trip memorable.

India and Desmond have a beautiful home that is both fun and thoughtfully put together. The kitchen is well stocked for those who want to stay in. Too often went we stay places, only the minimum amount of cooking utensils are provided. The kitchen was incredible. The rooms were very comfortable and the hidden game room was a delight, for both kids and kids at heart. We really enjoyed the care that was put into the home.

If you are headed to Chattanooga and need a place to stay - look no further! This home is beautiful, feels brand new, so fresh and clean and the location was great for our short trip to enjoy the Aquarium and Museum. This has got to be one of the best value rentals I've ever experienced! The house was beautiful and clean. The fire pit outside made for a nice place to wind down for the evening. And the gameroom was a huge hit with our kids (and some of the adults too)! I highly recommend experiencing this wonderful home for yourself if you plan on visiting Chattanooga. It helped make our trip truly wonderful!

Absolutely every tiny detail of this home and its amenities are incredible. It is gorgeously decorated, comfortable and welcoming. There was even a little welcome basket of treats and a blanket for our chocolate lab. Every last little comfort had been thought of - down to a little basket of toiletries in case we had forgotten anything (we had!) and, the cherry on the sundae (literally!), a generous gift card to Clumpies ice cream store. We ended up canceling all our dinner reservations because we were so very happy to stay in the house and cook or order take out. I can't recommend this place highly enough. Not one tiny detail will have been overlooked. Our son attends boarding school in Chattanooga and we have previously always stayed in the same hotel when we have visited him. Now we will most definitely hope to return to stay in this gorgeous home. Thank you, thank you, for making our son's 16th birthday weekend and the first time we had seen our dearest friends since Covid began so absolutely wonderful. Y'all are incredible hosts!

We recently stayed at Secret Game Room in the Heart of Northshore in Chattanooga. It was wonderful!!! The house was immaculately clean and had everything we could have wanted. Everyone loved the fun games in the secret game room. There was even a basket of bathroom essentials in case we forgot something. It was in a great location as well. We walked to the aquarium and other downtown attractions. I would recommend this home to anyone! We will definitely be staying there again if we are in the Chattanooga area. The owners went above and beyond to ensure we had a great place to stay. Five star rating for sure!!
