We loved our stay at this lovely home within walking distance to Nokomis beach. We found it so easy to load up the beach wagon provided and walk across bridge to beach. Also enjoy walking to Pops Sunset Grill and Sweet Melissa’s Ice Cream The house was very clean and well equipped . We would definitely return.

We have family in the area, so we have been to the Nokomis area before. However, with two children, we've outgrown my in-laws house and needed to find our own place to stay this time around. Ty & Olivia's property is in a perfect location. It was the perfect home base for our young family to visit local family and enjoy the beach. Ty and Olivia were very responsive and accommodating with specific questions/requests. The property has an ideal layout for a family with children -- they had a pack n play, booster seat, and kids dishes available -- and the primary bedroom is somewhat separated from the additional bedrooms so we were able to talk and relax during naptime/bedtime without disturbing anyone. We will definitely return to their property the next time we visit family in the area!

This home is amazing! The location is great, close to awesome restaurants and the beach. The home is updated, clean and cozy. Ty and Olivia were great in helping us out when needed. Would love to stay again soon. Thanks for the hospitality.

We absolutely loved the location of this house, only about 5 minute walk to Nokomis Beach. House was very well appointed and was super clean. Hosts were very responsive to any questions that we had. Would highly recommend this place.

We were visiting family nearby and used this as an overflow house to give us some extra space. Great layout, fun games, and amazing location with a quick walk to the beach or ice cream. This is one of those places where the photos portrayed the real thing.

This home is just far enough away to be private and close enough to walk to the beach. They have everything you need for a comfortable stay. Kitchen is stocked with dishes, coffee maker and all the essencials. Washer and dryer in garage with beach chairs and beach wagon..

Our Hosts were easy to deal with,...very responsive. House was clean and items were where you would expect. beach umbrella and chairs were an unexpected , and welcome, bonus. Grill worked fine. Well - stocked with essentials within a few minutes walk to beach. Plenty of room for myself, wife and three adult children. We would go back. Paul Patricoski

House was adorable. The renovation was tastefully done (I saw the house when it was listed for sale). The hosts supplied everything we needed regarding toilet paper, soap, paper towels, detergent, trash bags. Communication with Olivia was fabulous. She was promptly responsive regarding parking spots and check in. Would stay again.

I appreciated how clean the home was and the amenities provided. The only mild criticism is there is a light on the ground right outside the 2nd bedroom window that makes it difficult to sleep until it shuts off.

Family of 5 had a great time staying at this house. Location is perfect. Able to easily walk to restaurants and the beach. Home was well equipped, comfortable, and well maintained. Loved searching for shark teeth on the beach. Can't wait to be back again sometime!

I live in Nokomis so was aware of the fantastic location of this property. A few friends from out of state met up for a long weekend. This home is beautiful, very spacious and had everything we needed. Will definitely refer to visiting friends.

Perfect home away from home. Spacious, clean, and has all essentials (plus some) needed for family vacation. Walking distance to everything we wanted to do on our vacation.... walked to beach, jetty, POP'S Sunset Grill & Pelican Alley (both with great food and atmosphere). We had our beach wagon to haul everything to beach... would recommend getting one for guests to use here... public beach parking can be a challenge in busy weekends... but walk was perfect for us! Hosts were very responsive and helpful when we reached out. Thank you Ty & Olivia

Poco Place was PERFECT!! This cute little rental was situated within walking distance to the beach, restaurants, and other amenities. The home was decorated with modern beach decor and was very cozy. It was clean and well stocked with all the essentials. Ty and Olivia were both very responsive to emails. Highly recommend staying here, you will not be disappointed.

This newly renovated home is so comfortable to spend time with family. We loved the master suite and the easy access out the side door for loading and unloading our car, as well as walking out to the shed to do laundry. Thank you for the hospitable stay and the helpful nature when we left something behind.

Our stay in Nokomis was wonderful. This home is 3 blocks from the beach, across the street from one of our favorite restaurants (Pop’s), and on a nice quiet street. We had our young children in two of the bedrooms, which were far enough from the master bedroom that we could all get restful sleep. We appreciated the linens and towels. Angela was very responsive. The place was clean, kitchen was well-stocked with appliances, dishware, flatware, etc. We loved it and hope to return again in the future!
