I had never been to Athens, but there to drop my son off at UGA. After we moved him in we stayed the night at this “fantastic find”. Besides all of the above: cleanliness, host communication, neighborhood being great there were so many little touches within the space that made it greater. Lots of information on the area, good coffee, books and magazines, extra blankets and linens if needed. It was a really great safe place and hoping to stay again if not booked.

Adorable studio… I could tell as soon as I walked in it was clean and exactly as described. Perfect for overnight stay and close drive to most everything. Would definitely stay again when in town. Great attention to detail with a binder of helpful information around town…. Highly recommend…

So nice to stay in a location that has a sense of style. Has a big city look with a neighborhood feel. Even a copy of the book "disappearing spoon " on the shelf!

When I arrived, the lights were on, the heat was on, and I felt welcomed, even though I never once saw the owners. It was nicer than in the pictures, with all the details covered--a coffee station with tea, great options of streaming services on the TV, keyless entry, shower gel and shampoo provided, microwave, small fridge. The bed was so comfortable with fresh sheets and nice pillows. There were instructions for everything from the tv to the heating/cooling, to the access gate. It looks as though it was professionally decorated--simple and tasteful. This is a perfect place for a single person or a couple to spend a weekend in Athens. The neighborhood is quiet and the homes spaced out. I never heard or saw the owners, even though they were right there, but when I did message with a question, they responded right away. I would recommend this to anyone traveling on their own or as a couple who doesn't need to have a kitchen. From this location, it was about a 10 minute drive to downtown or to the campus, but quite a few restaurants and stores close by.

I stayed for a work conference and brought my children for the last day. This adorable cottage is just PERFECT. Clean and well appointed. We all wanted to stay longer. They even provide some kid friendly activities. VERY convenient to the Classic Center downtown.

Excellent experience beginning to end. Beautiful space, very relaxing and comfortable. I was in town for the week on business. It was just what I needed. Quiet & Comfortable. So much better than a hotel. The space was very thoughtfully laid out including all the little things to make your stay comfortable. I will definitely stay here again.

Loved this studio rental! We were in town for a wedding and it was perfect. Immaculate and comfortable. Beautifully decorated and thoughtfully equipped with everything you need and more. Owner was quick to respond to inquiries and very accommodating. We would definitely here again.

The Toadhaus studio was such a wonderful spot in Athens. It was so quiet and peaceful! Every detail is was thought of to make you feel at home in the studio. The bed and rollaway bed were super comfortable. The yard is perfect for relaxing with coffee in the morning. Everything was super clean and fresh, too! It was a perfect place to stay for a visit to Athens:)

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! It was super clean, and you can tell the owners thought through everything before listing. The bed was amazingly comfortable. They had a sound machine, not that one was needed, but it was nice to have since we use one at home. The home was in a lovely neighborhood where there is some distance between homes. The fenced in backyard is super cute with chairs, a shade umbrella, and lights. My teenage daughter had tons of photo opps ;) They had coffee, tea, creamer, honey, water, a little fridge, microwave, cups bowls, utensils, a guitar. My daughter said it was super cute and modern. It was totally her style. ;) We just LOVED it!!

Art work is cool. Decor lovely. Very clean. Spouse was bummed CNN was blocked but everything what was perfect. Very cute town. The botanical gardens nearby were lovely.

The ToadHaus studio in Athens had everything we needed for the stay plus some! From the start Thomas had great communication with us and we knew what to expect as soon as we arrived. The studio is as described and has even more charm in person. They have a fenced in area with the perfect ambient lighting to relax in the evening. The neighborhood is quiet and just minutes to downtown Athens. From the guide book to the sound machine and the coffe/tea bar, they truly made this a place to walk in and immediately feel at home while staying. Looking forward to staying again if we're ever in the Athens area!
