Our family of 5 was very comfortable in this condo. Well equipped kitchen, beautiful views, and convenient walking distance to restaurants and shopping. Beds very comfortable and master bath was nicely updated.

We were thrilled with everything about this property! We stayed here with another couple and there is definitely room for more. The home is well set up with everything you might need. It is only 5-10 min from a Harris Teeter grocery store so it was easy to pick up food supplies and everything was in the kitchen if you want to cook there. There are lots of restaurants in the area so we were able to walk to breakfast daily (we loved Lost Dog), if we were around then we walked to supper ( they were all excellent but Ritas was our favorite), or we ate in the city and then walked around for cocktails on Folly. There were bicycles available but we didn't use them. The complex has a pool which we used a couple of times and also a private pier that was just amazing to watch the sunsets. The beds were super comfortable in the 2 bedrooms we used. Be aware that almost every place in Folly Beach is raised so there are lots of stairs. You need to walk up a flight from the garage to get to the main floor and 2 of the bedrooms are up another flight. There were plenty of towels available for daily use but would recommend bringing an extra towel if you plan to go to the beach. We loved that it was only about 45 min from the airport and only 20-25 min to get into the city of Charleston. This was probably the favorite of any VRBO that we have ever stayed in. The home was just so nice and the island itself was just amazing. We will definitely come back again.

We had an AMAZING week at Follitude! This property was beautiful and a perfect fit for our family of six! The location of the house is great because it's walking/biking distance to all the attractions (beach, pier, restaurants, and shops). We loved the pool and ended our beach days there for a nice soak in the shade before getting ready for dinner. We also loved that the house had EVERYTHING we needed for the week including beach chairs and bikes for everyone! We made some wonderful memories at Folly Beach and will definitely return again. We had a wonderful week!! We had never been to Folly Beach and loved it. The townhouse was beautiful and had everything we needed!! We walked everywhere. Perfect location!! Would definitely stay there again!!

Beautiful townhome, with comfy beds and well stocked kitchen. Close to restaurants, short walk to beach. Community pool and a pier for watching sunsets or dolphin wafching. Other pluses are pack and play and booster seat for babies/toddlers, bikes and beach chairs!

House was perfect for our family of four. Very clean and the host even had little treats for the kids upon arrival.

I was in the area with a group of 6 middle-aged women, and this condo was perfect for us. We loved the screened in porch, all the beach equipment and the bikes! The beds are comfortable. It's a short walk to downtown Folly Beach and a quick drive to downtown Charleston. The owner was excellent to deal with too. Highly recommend!

Great property! We loved staying at the condo. When we arrived the condo was clean. It smelled fresh, which isn't always the case in homes near the marsh/beach. The beds were super comfortable and the area was quiet for a good nights sleep. We enjoyed sitting on the screened in balcony in the evenings and relaxing with the cool breeze. The beach, local restaurants, and churches were all within walking distance. The condo had several bikes to use as well. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend to anyone considering a stay in Folly Beach.

From beginning to end, this was a great experience! Shannon was a great host, home was spacious, clean, and beautiful, and location was perfect. Bikes were great for cruising around the island and we could walk to live music every night. The home was nice and quiet and views from 2 decks were gorgeous. Can’t wait to stay here again!

We have teenage kids and this house (which felt more like a home) had plenty of room to spread out. The home was well-stocked and it’s cleanliness was superior. The kids loved exploring the island and hitting the beach by bike and the restaurants/shops/beach were comfortably walkable. We would definitely stay here again :)

We enjoyed our stay. The place was nice, and the listing was accurate. It was a short walk to the beach, and a short drive to Charleston for sight seeing. Like the other positive reviews, I would definitely recommend this place.

The pictures did not do this place justice. It was absolutely gorgeous, spacious, and clean. Proximity to the pier and beach were perfect. We loved every second here and would definitely stay here again.

Great property with walk ability to all of Folly

We had a great stay at Follitude, everything was as listed and comfortable. We appreciated the pack and play for our two year old and the games and books. It was an easy walk to town and the beach!

We enjoyed our extra long weekend Anniversary trip so much! The townhouse was fabulous, very clean and in a wonderful neighborhood. Shannon was awesome answering questions when we arrived and the amenities were wonderful. We will be contacting this owner again in the spring!

We had a fabulous time staying at this lovely townhome. The owners were very responsive and the place was very clean. It was a great location and I strongly recommend renting a golf cart it made going to the beach, restaurants and local country store so much easier!

I wanted a beach vacation to celebrate my 60th and this home was perfect! Just a short walk to the beach, restaurants and shopping. The owner gave multiple excellent recommendations on where to eat and what to do. Great view of the river from 2 private balconies. The townhome had everything we needed and more. We would definitely stay here again!

This was a wonderful property and we had excellent hosts! They were extremely responsive and easy to work with on check in and check out. The place is in a great location, minutes walking to the beach and to a ton of restaraunts. They also have beach chairs and a beach caddy which was great since we traveled by plane. There is also a garage and a beautiful pool overlooking the bay which was great. Would definitely recommend this VRBO for anyone wanting to travel to Folly Beach!

My husband and I plus our 3 teens loved our 6 night stay in this pretty Folly Beach townhome. It was clean, quiet, the beds were comfortable and it had everything we needed. The kitchen-living room, 3 bedrooms, 3 full baths, 2 balconies plus washer & dryer was home away from home. On the Water’s Edge property, we watched sunsets from the dock. It was a short walk to town and to the beach.. The bikes (and locks!) in the garage allowed us to bike around the island and to the light house where we watched a dolphin feeding close to shore. I enjoyed looking at different neighborhood and beach homes during my early morning runs, taking time to appreciate the peaceful Folly Beach County Park. We always felt safe. We took memorable day trips to Charleston/Shem Creek and the Maritime-Naval Museum. The owners, specifically Elizabeth, communicated well and provided information about the area, including restaurants, sights and activities. Thank you! We highly recommend this property!

We loved our stay here! The house had all out essential needs and then some - we enjoyed the bikes and beach chairs especially. Location was perfect - easy walk to the beach and to the central strip. Elizabeth was super responsive and checked in with us throughout our stay!

Great place to stay with awesome water views off the back of the house. The house has great space and amenities. Our kids loved having access to bikes to ride around the island. I would stay here again.

Follytude is a well appointed condo, and the owners are very gracious.

The townhome has a nice view of the river, and it is a super easy walk to the beach and to all the main restaurants and shops. The kitchen was well equipped, plenty of towels, lots of beach toys for the kids. We enjoyed a very comfortable stay.

Home was larger than we expected and with grown children it was a good fit, all had own bedrooms and bathrooms. The bed in the bedroom downstairs is a bit small for a man but the couch has a pull out with decent mattress. Garage, bikes, short walking distance to downtown and the beach make this a good fit for active families!

Beautiful and clean home walking distance to shops and restaurants. We enjoyed biking to the beach and a quick 20 minute drive to Charleston. Wonderful getaway, we highly recommend!

This was a beautiful property, just as pictured. Easily fit our group of 7 (we did use the pullout sofa) and kitchen had all we needed for big family breakfasts and mid-day snacks. Master tub was luxurious! Everything was in easy walking distance. Our older kids really enjoyed the bar scene in town and no one had to worry about driving. A great stay in Folly!

From the outset, this was an excellent rental for us. The home is lovely and very close to beach and all amenities. The pool was great after a day on the beach and we pretty much used it every day. The master bedroom and bathroom were beautiful and the kitchen and sitting room were ideal. We’d have no hesitation in recommending this home, you won’t be disappointed. Elizabeth was in touch frequently to make sure everything was good with us and seeing if there was anything we needed. All in all we had a great week!!
