We were able to enjoy the beach and the town of Santa Cruz from this lovely home. The house was clean well appointed and we loved the outside deck.

Great neighborhood. Clean property. A bit smaller than I expected but overall a good place to stay when in Santa Cruz.

I stayed here in July, 2023... am now looking for availability for summer 2024. Great location, secure parking, wonderful beach house! Need I say more?

Nice small rental. Very clean and new style. Really close to go see the ocean but you cant really get down to the sand easily. Close walk to the boardwalk.

My kiddos and I had a wonderful stay at this property. The property was clean and the instructions were easy to follow. It is walking distance to Verve, Betty's Burgers, Engfer Pizza Works, Tramonti, SeaBreeze Cafe and La Posta, just to name a few of our favorite eating spots. It is also walking distance to the Beach Boardwalk and Ocean View Park. Great spot for traveling with older children (8-12+). Already planning our next visit.

My family of 4 (including a 5 and 7 year old) had a great stay at the Surf House. The property is new, clean, comfortable, and stocked with everything you need. Lots of windows that really make the space feel open and bright. We loved that each room had its own HVAC unit so you could set each thermostat to your own preferred temperature. The location was great, walkable to the Boardwalk (where we spent a lot of our time), the beach, and a great assortment of restaurants and some shops. If our kids were a little older, we probably could have walked downtown too. Anything else was a short drive away. (Do heed the advice about parking. We were able to fit an SUV in the garage, but we were carefully threading that needle each time we pulled in and out). Communication with the management team was excellent. They were prompt and responsive to any of our emails and questions. We can't wait to stay at the Surf House again!
