Great property. Perfect for a family. Wonderful communication by the host. Super close to downtown cda and the lake. Highly recommend.

We came over for a family shower and needed a pet friendly place to stay. The location is perfect as it’s close to everything Coeur d’lane has to offer. The unit is laid out very nice and the 2 bathrooms ( 1 up and down) are perfect. Loved our stay!

We loved this little house. It was just me and my hushand. We were close to the down town life. We were close to the beach at the lake. We would diffinetly come back again. We had a little trouble at first with getting into the house with the combo.... but got it figured out.

House is a 5min walk to all of the shops and restaurants in CDA. Was so easy for our family to get into town or walk around Tubbs Hill. Staying here was much more affordable than the Resort. You also get a family room and kitchen.

Just a quick get away- love that it was so close to downtown!

Despite the cold, we were able to walk to the lake! Once I got my bearings, I realized this place was in the perfect spot for everything and everything I already new about CDA. We loved this place and will keep it on our lis for return visits.

Pleasant place to lay our heads

Great location, very clean!

The condo is clean and well-equipped. Heat worked great, shower and bed were good, there were coffee pods available. Access and host communication were smooth. I arrived at midnight and there were no problems. There were some lamp bulbs that needed replacing but it was no big deal and I’m sure host has addressed this. I heard from friends in the area that they had tried some other rentals in the neighborhood that were not good - pick this one instead.

Everything was just right for our short trip. Great little place to stay.

We arrived in town to ride in the CDA Fondo bike event. This property had a prime location within two blocks of McEuen park and three or four blocks of downtown. Quiet and quaint neighborhood with lots of walkers and bike paths. Very cozy, comfy and well appointed. Comfortable beds and great shower pressure for post race! Thank you Carmela for being a great host!

The place worked out well for us. Walking distance to town, 8 min walk, 2 min drive. Good communication with agent. Nice location in town w/ nice old small home neighborhood, great for walks.

In my opinion, the location can’t be beat! We walked to restaurants and the lake everyday. As an extra convenience, the grocery and liquor store is just a quick 2 minute drive away. Our host welcomed us via text to make sure we had all we needed and quickly replied mid-stay when we had a question. The only improvement I would like is to add air conditioning downstairs in the living room and kitchen since it is warm during the summer. That said, it was not so bad given that there is shade and those living spaces are on the ground floor. In addition, we were out and about during the day, anyway. The air conditioning in the bedroom and a comfy bed was all we needed to get a good nights sleep! Overall, this was a great value for our stay!

Immaculate property. Minutes to swimming beach, centennial trail out your door for miles of great bike riding, walk to town. Hard to be in a better location. Host is available and helpful for tips for things to do and dining suggestions. We will be back!!

Enjoyed the place and location

This is the perfect property for a couple or a family with two young children. It’s an easy walk to McEuen Park, Tubbs Hill, beaches, the floating boardwalk and downtown. It’s immaculate and ,comfortable. The hosts were welcoming and quick to respond to questions and offered advise to make the most out of our trip. We will book this property again on our next visit.

This property was great for our needs during the 4th of July weekend stay. We were in town for a wedding and spent most of the time out of doors, but this house was only 15 minutes from the resort and the main wedding property - giving us the privacy we wanted and needed.

This isn’t a detractor but head’s up that the condo only has air conditioning in the main bedroom. This is fine because the lake has a great cooling effect at night but the condo can get a bit warm in the heat of the day (but you probably aren’t visiting CDA to sit around inside!). Great stay.

Renice is an excellent host. The location is perfect if you want to walk to Tubbs hill and hike or just stroll through the park and downtown area. So much to do in CDA! The home is charming and clean. The jetted bath is definite plus and the garage is nice. Renice is also an agent who knows the area and can help if you are buying a home!
