Rented for extended family coming down to Tennessee for funeral service of brother-in-law. Place was very nice and very accommodating. Very clean and welcoming. Well stocked kitchen and bathrooms. Large kitchen with all the amenities of home; utensils, cooking pots, baking pans and dishes, spices, coffee pods with sugar and creamers. Large living area to gather. Large upstairs area, accommodating to place air mattresses in very large bedroom as well as in open game area. Second bathroom upstairs is inside large bedroom. Makes it a bit awkward for non immediate family members to use during the night. Very nice outdoor area, front and back deck. Does have several steps for entry. Side steps easier to climb because not as steep, but railing only on front steps. Loved the view from the front porch with swing and rockers. Owners very responsive to all questions and needs. So thankful for such a homey place to spend with family.

Our Thanksgiving retreat at Sam & Nyki’s VRBO cabin was an exceptional experience that exceeded expectations. The unforeseen flood at our original dinner venue led us all to our cabin. Sam & Nyki not only graciously let us have the dinner at the cabin but became epitome of genuine hospitality. The cleanliness of the cabin was truly impressive, reflecting meticulous attention to detail and ensuring a pristine environment. Every nook and cranny surpassed expectations, providing a refreshing experience. Thoughtful provisions of every conceivable necessity made our stay feel like comfort of home. From essentials to unexpected delights, the had everything covered including a welcoming basket of candies and snacks. A perfect blend of hospitality, cleanliness, and thoughtful amenities made this cabin a standout choice for our Thanksgiving in Tennessee.

A beautiful property!! Very homey and comfortable. As our 8 year old grandson said....I give it 5 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 We definitely will be coming back!! Our host/hostess were very accommodating and our grandchildren loved the snack basket, the game room, the basketball hoop, the cows....just everything!! They can't wait to go back so they can use the pool.

The property was very spacious and allowed for privacy from neighbors. Our granddaughter loved the cows and liked exploring the big yard. The house is spacious and had all the amenities needed for a family stay plus they stocked all kinds of toiletry items in case you forgot something. The location was great for highway access to get to all the places we wanted to go.

The property and house are every bit as nice as they look in the pictures. Beyond that, the owners of the house are super responsive, helpful, kind, and even left a basket of goodies for our arrival. Would 100% recommend staying here!

The place was great! Kids had a blast fishing, swimming, and watching the cows get fed every day! Enjoyed the privacy. It really felt like a home away from home. Highly recommend!

The owners were communicative They have added a ton of thoughtful amenities which really added to the stay. The house was clean and as described. Pool was lovely and the back deck was a highlight. I would recommend staying here.

This property is a beautiful, quiet retreat! The cabin (large house, really) is a very, very nice, nicely decorated log home. The hosts provide everything-- basic soaps, detergents, kitchen wraps, paper towels, kleenex, and a whole lot of other small things. The kitchen is well-equipped, the beds are comfy, and the whole place is clean. We even found a few toys, coloring books, pool floats, beach towels, ice pops for the kids.... The snack basket was a very nice touch. In other words, these hosts think of everything. They answered any questions right away. We swam and swam; the kids loved the pool! We ate lots of times on the covered back deck with lots of seating. The front porch swing and rockers were inviting places to watch the ones fishing. Don't hesitate to stay here!! We hope to go back!

We had a wonderful time during our stay. Many special touches from the owners! Loved the country setting, the pool was great as was the fishing. We were able to do some shopping in near by Morristown and Greenville. Highly recommend.

We LOVED this place!! Country setting, visits from the cows, fishing even though we didn’t have proper bait, the POOL (so much fun!), word searches, cooking, eating, playing games……it was as close to a perfect trip as we’ve had! The owners are impressively responsive, helpful and friendly - above and beyond in quality, communication, and little touches that most owners don’t do! It was so great. What you see is what you get (it’s as amazing as it looks!), plus bonuses! Honestly, 0 complaints with this place and owner!

My family and my parents stayed here for a week, 4 adults and 3 kids under 10. What a wonderful place we found to spend some time away. The house was ready and clean, as promised. From other cabins and beach homes, this house was easily the best equipped, especially the kitchen. You can tell the owners take pride in their home by the quality of items in the house at your disposal. The covered deck leading to the pool is where we spent 90% of our time. What a treasure it was to see our kids play in the pool and want to play games on the deck, instead of wanting to be inside or on electronics! The owners communicated very well and really made this a stress free trip, highly recommended!

We had such an amazing time on our family vacation. The home was even better than pictured- very clean and absolutely beautiful inside and out. So many little touches that made you feel right at home. The kids spent hours swimming, fishing, naming all the cows and running around the property. The only time we were disappointed was when it was time to leave- we should have booked a longer stay!

Beautiful property. Clean, private, cabin well stocked. We all enjoyed the pool. The only issue we had was the oven worked on day 1, but we could not get it to come on after that. Hopefully we'll be able to plan another trip to this gorgeous place.

The house was beautiful- loved the unique decor. It had so many amenities- pool with slide, basketball, fishing, porch swings and rockers, ping pong table and last but not least cows! It is a private oasis and hits the spot with comfort! The owners do a lovely job to welcome you as their guests and have mastered the art of hospitality!

My family and I came to town for my daughters college graduation. The property was beautiful. The house smelled very nice when you walked in and it was decorated country rustic which we loved. The back patio was huge and had enough comfortable seating for the entire family. I would recommend this property very highly.

The cabin is perfect for a relaxing getaway. With life being so busy between work, school, sports, etc a relaxing weekend was exactly what we needed. My boys enjoyed fishing in the pond and we all enjoyed the big comfy couch in the evenings. Very clean! We will be back!

We traveled over 10 hours to stay here as a family over spring break. Our young children LOVED the cows, fishing, running around the yard, playing basketball, and playing Pac-Man upstairs. :) It was the perfect way for us to slow down and reconnect with one another over the simple joys in life. We enjoyed the accommodations tremendously (the porch swing provided a perfect view to wind down in the evening, and the island in the kitchen fit all of us!) The owners were incredible people to meet, and they were so kind to allow our children to get to help feed the cows in the evening. They also provided us with so many ideas for how else we could spend time around the area during our stay. What a blessing to have been able to stay here. Thank you so very much, Sam & Nyki!

Highly Recommend!!! Not one complaint, Beautiful Clean Home My family felt so Comfortable. The home was furnished with so many Little extras. My grandkids really enjoyed the cows n Playing outside. We took some Beautiful Family Pictures, 4 Generation Pictures 💖 Would love to Stay again and Get to use the Private In ground pool as our stay was In March. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The kids had enough space to run around outdoors and play. This location was clean and smelled wonderful. The amenities and small touches made it feel like home. There is a lovely back porch to sit and enjoy meals. Definitely a place to which we would return. Highly recommend!

Wow! I cannot say enough wonderful things about this property and the owners. The home was a dream, very clean and fully stocked with anything you would need. We loved getting to meet the owners and they even brought an extra game and coloring books over for the kids. We hope to come back frequently to this property when visiting family in east TN.

Our visit was to see family that we hadn't been able to see since the pandemic started. This home became available to rent and we were so lucky! Owners had everything we needed, always available if needed and it made our time with family so much easier. Having the cows on site was a bonus; our daughters loved being able to see them every day! We can't thank you enough for allowing us to stay! We are looking forward to returning in the future.

We had an amazing time catching up with college friends and heading to the Bristol concert . There was 10 of us and plenty of space for everyone . Great host ! Everything we could possibly need was already on site . Great stay !

We were in town to visit family for my brothers birthday and to have a family getaway. Property was beautiful and house was perfect for all. Everyone had a wonderful time fishing, the pool and even visiting the cows who were very friendly. Mostly, our family gathering was special and most memorable. Wish we could of stayed longer but will be back again!!
