The property was very clean and very modern. We were close to the town and pier. Paul contacted us and gave us all the details we needed about the property.

Great location, we stayed for lytham festival which was a nice walk down to the festival from the apartment. Close to beach and pier. Apartment was lovely and clean, plenty of space for our party of 6 people. There was plenty of space on the road outside for parking.

The apartment was very clean, spacious as stated. A very good location and very quiet.

Sadly was there wasn’t enough seating in the lounge, only one small sofa not enough room for me, my mum and my teenage son to sit on. As it’s can cater for 6/7 people, not enough seating. Also the heating was controlled by the landlord, for a bit in the morning and evening, we arrived in the afternoon and it was chilly. Considering you are paying a considerable amount of money you need to have access to the heating.

The property was spotlessly clean and very spacious. More than enough room for us all. Kitchen had everything, including a dishwasher.

the only downfall was the lack of seating in the lounge. It could do with another settee.
