Ich war insgesamt knapp 2 Wochen in dem Apartment Lage: ist nicht so schlecht : wenn man ca 3 min Richtung Philippine Airlines Gebäude läuft kann man Jeepney 1 entweder zum airport terminal 3 oder andere Richtung mall of asia/mrt Taft nehmen. Wenn man andere Richtung malibay läuft (ca 7 minuten)kann man jeepney 2 auch zu Mrt/Lrt edsa/Taft nehmen.Auch verschiedene Arten von Taxis in der Nähe vorhanden. Ansonsten gibt es 1 seven und einheimische Restaurants in der Nähe. Zimmer: Das Apartment,was ich hatte, war im rechten Haus (4.OG)von diesen zimmern gibt es in dem hotel die meisten. selbst ist sehr gut ,grosses Wohnzimmer (ohne aircon)mit riesigem tv (was ich nicht benutzt hatte)kleines Schlafzimmer mit 2 zusammengeschobenen doppelstockbetten,(sind wohl billiger als ein grosses Doppelbett) geht auch und ist  durchaus sehr bequem, mit aircon,eine kleine Küchenzeile mit Mikrowelle und Kühlschrank und Bad mit Dusche,riesiger Balkon. Die Aussicht über die Stadt ist super. Die aircon im Schlafraum hat zwar gut gekühlt hat bei mir aber eine Art Grippe hervorgerufen, ich vermute das sie schlecht gewartet/verdreckt war.Einmal bat ich den owner sie zu warten/reinigen: hat er aber nicht gemacht...so konnte ich die aircon nur selten und nur bei grosser Hitze benutzen. Hab dann also meistens nur den Fan benutzt. Sicherheit: Gitter vor den(einfachen) Fenstern gab es keine ,gerade in den unteren Etagen meiner Meinung nach ein grosses Sicherheitsrisko. Owner erlaubt auch keine eigenen (Vorhang-)Schlösser anzubringen. Man muss sich auf die Hunde des owners,die abgelegene Lage ,die absolut simplen Schlösser und die untere Eingangstür (die tatsächlich meist verschlossen war) verlassen. Owner : Beim Check Inn und Finden des Ortes extrem hilfreich und per whats app stets erreichbar Genauso beim checkout Immer höflich und hilfsbereit Internet : WiFi war die ganze Zeit in guter Geschwindigkeit vorhanden

Es fällt eine deposit von 1000 php an die aber bei Auszug korrekt erstattet wurde . Negativ : Die ungefähr 5 Hunde des owners stören etwas, aber nur wenn man im linken Gebäude untergebracht ist.Wenn man ruhig und schnell durchläuft bleiben sie meist entspannt. es fällt eine BesuchsGebühr für eigene Gäste an die bis zu 60% des täglichen Zimmerpreises sein kann(habe diese Gebühr auf 30% drücken können)

There was nothing to like with this property. I have to bang my fist on a steel gate for half an hour before i was able to talk to someone working for the lodging house. Apparently, he was leading his cult choir practice singing praises to their messiah that can be heard behind the steel gate of the property.

This property is more of a rooming house for high school kids in a slum area. It is a fire trap and i wonder how they got occupancy permit for such a building. Booking.com made a big mistake in listing this property as a lodging option for travelers. I won't ever trust any listing from this online travel website anymore.

The onsite staff who talked with us was okay and if you're on a budget as a group, this one fits the bill.

Prior to even reaching the place, I kept on messaging to ask if there were towels available and if so how many were there going to be. The reply I received was rude and unprofessional, the person who responded listed out an entire calculation of the discounts I got from Booking.com when I booked it on the app, justifying why they can only give 5 complimentary towels (we were 16). We didn't need the entire paragraph listing out expenses when all we asked was the towels. Upon booking, we also requested to have the lower floors as we had an old person with us. Instead, we were given the topmost floor that had no aircon (the topmost unit received the most heat during daytime). To top it off, their stairs were also so steep. Our booking was for two days, but we already thought of only being there for one day. We requested to have a lower unit instead in exchange that we wont request for a refund, they won't budge despite the obvious difficulty of our grandmother. We also received stories from our Grab driver on the way that the area of the property was very dangerous.

It's Clean and Mr.Tony is Very approachable. He even pick me outside and helped me with my luggage. I will definitely stay here on my next vacation.. Thank you so much Mr. Tony🙂

It was great for an overnight stay. Arrived quite late but the owner was very professional and accommodating. He was available to respond to all email and WhatsApp queries at virtually any time of the day considering I was travelling through various time zones during the previous 3-4 days. The location is close to the airport - about 15 minutes walking distance and a lot less by car. Nice cultural area to explore on foot once at the location. The property is massive which was a pleasant surprise. The floors inside the property were very clean and homely so it was nice walking around bare foot. My street food got cold so the microwave was pretty handy There are fans all over the building and a working AC system in the bedroom. Big lounge area with lots of seating and relaxing spaces. I’ll most likely return here on future Manila trips

It's not along the road.. The reception area is away from the rooms. Also, the room was not prepared before hand. They're fixing beddings while guests are present
