Super clean and updated with several restaurant options including one onsite. Very pleased with property and would definitely stay again.

It was ok but the bunk bed in the room was terrible it was making too much noise whenever kids turn asked the front desk about it but they weren’t much help

We were able to check in a little early since our room was ready. Staff are very friendly and the room was very clean. They just didn’t have a phone in the room which I found a bit inconvenient since it’s always nice to just dial through from the room to the front desk rather than referring to the little card they gave us upon check in. We only stayed one night so it was no big deal. Overall a really wonderful stay! The location was also perfect!

Cosy, clean, well located, beautifull mountain views and affordable. This is the perfect place to stay. My favorite in the area. After 18 years travelling around for business every fall, i have been in a lot of places and this one is just perfect.

the facility itself was simple, modern and minimalistic, not luxurious, the restaurant had limited hours and the hotel has no breakfast options. the service was so-so, no phone in room to reach the front desk for service or amenities, meaning you had to go there to ask any questions. however, the room was very clean and functional. despite it being very "self-service" which I personally was not expecting from a hotel, I would stay here again now being more prepared.

Everything is fine: located in downtown Canmore, clean, secured, renovated, staff are friendly, easily check-in and check-out. Just one thing is not happy for me: the air conditioner is a bit noisy, which make me waking up a few times at night. Thanks!

Great location, 5 min. Drive to downtown. Lots of shopping and restaurants near the hotel. Friendly staff, easy parking and clean rooms. When you do the pre check in on line they will bill your credit card a couple days in advance of your arrival. I read this in someone else post, so I expected it. We stayed here at the beginning and end of our trip and would definitely stay here again.

Great hotel, clean, friendly staff and conveniently located to shopping and grocery stores. Down town canmoor is only 5 min away. And Banff is 20 minutes from canmoor. Would come back again

It’s about average and relative quiet. It’s about 26 minutes driving to Banff and 5 minutes drive to Safeway to buy packed lunch and bottled water. 16 minutes walk to downtown Canmore where different restaurants are available to be chosen from.

Great hotel! Staff super nice and helpful. Close to great places to eat and not to far from uptown. Very close to drive to Banff. Cost much less than Banff. Bed super comfortable

We were in town for a wedding so essentially just needed a basic room to sleep in for the one night.
The beds were really nice, amazing pillows. Shower was good, minus the fact that it took ours forever to drain. Nice big TV as well!
Most hotels usually have lotion as well so it was kinda disappointing that I ended up having to spend a few extra dollars on lotion since the hotel didn’t have it but that’s a minor thing. Check in and check out was super easy and convenient as well! Would most likely stay there again

This hotel was great. Located in a cute community. There is no key to room. They give you an access code to get in. No front desk needed. To check out, just leave a sign at the door and just walk out. The room is big. Everything you need inside. No privacy though. Backyard is shared by everyone.

This was a great place to stay for a few nights golf trip. Our room was clean and quiet but i would suggest that the property invest in some patio chairs and tables for the suites facing the back with patio doors. There is a nice green space and so unfortunate that we could not enjoy it!
