Friendly staff and comfortable.

Customer service is lacking. They are at the desk to check you in and that is a very small window of time. The bed was comfortable and sheets clean. The bathroom was clean. the ceiling had some kind of splatter on it as did the walls near the windows. The internet access was a joke. We were able to connect to the Wi-Fi and had a very good connection but the internet was slow, at best when it did work. Pictures would not load on Facebook and at times nothing would load. It was so poor that I couldn't even do a speed test. In my experience, it is likely that the router and access points were not configured correctly as I received an error message at one point that indicated an issue with the channel. I would have spoken to someone at the location to maybe help them out with this and inform them of the condition of the room we were issued but they were never around to talk to. This location, I am sure was a very nice place to stay at some point in the past but currently they lack in customer service and cleanliness.

Great cozy room with lots of space.

The hotel was very organized, our key was in the lock box and we had easy access to our room. Instructions were very clear. Beds are tiny, more like a full bed and there was a set of stairs taking up half the square footage of our room. Staff was very polite in the morning.

Check-in was a nightmare. The key was in a lockbox because the front desk closes extra early. The code on the lockbox didn't work and a couple phone calls were necessary to get a code that did work.

Pleasant stay... the bed was comfortable and clean. Television wasn't working but that didn't really matter, it's just a 'nice to have'.

We had a most pleasant stay. A bit difficult for an old geezer like me to navigate certain things and I sorely missed not having a window. Still, the room was spacious and the bed very comfortable. Looking forward to visiting again. Thank you all.

The hotel was along the expected lines for the price paid and good for the short stay. Old school in that there were actual keys to the room and the front door of the hotel. Key drop-box for if you were departing before the lobby area was staffed.
