The staff was very responsive from the moment I booked, to the excursions and information to the time we left. We met the owners during our stay and they were very interested in how our stay was (seeking true feedback).

Pamarah lodge exceeded our expectations from the moment of booking. We were contacted immediately from the staff regarding booking of excursions. Communication was impeccable. They treated us like royalty and meet all of our needs and more. I chose the excursions we wanted and they made all of the arrangements, bookings and transportation. We could not have been more pleased. The property was beautiful and felt like the Garden of Eden. We enjoyed the remote and peaceful location, but yet still close enough to everything we wanted to do. The resort is family owned and operated and we really felt like part of the family.

We had the most wonderful four-night stay. The beds are super-comfy and the thatched rooms are delightful. The pool was small but perfectly kept. I swam a lot. The surroundings were well tended with lovely gardens and the staff were so helpful and friendly. The food was delicious. I cannot praise Phil and his team highly enough. Take a can of IRN BRU if you can for his son Ross the excellent head chef who used to work at Balmoral. A family business that clearly prides itself on customer care. I would highly recommend. Wonderful !! Everything was perfect. The lodge is beautifully furnished. My room was great and had all the expected amenities. The food was delicious and the staff were so friendly and helpful both before and during my stay….

Phil, Mounette, and Staff will exceed your expectations. The location is great, the staff will do what ever they can to make sure your stay is great. They we're doing some remodeling before we arrived but Phil had contacted us giving us the opportunity to change our stay, I very happy we did not change. If you are scrolling, look no further! This is the place to stay in Victoria Falls. Beautiful accommodations, great location, but the best part is the STAFF!! Before I arrived they were so supportive of helping me plan our first visit - making recommendations, helping with bookings and transfers…it was like having the support of a 5 star concierge, but in an intimate setting. Thank you Loveness (& Zenzo, Adam, Natasha) for hosting us and making everything excellent!!

We enjoyed our stay at this quiet and beautiful lodge in Vic Falls. Room was comfortable, clean, and included everything we could need (toiletries, charging stations, coffee & tea). The breakfast is delicious and served in a lovely spot on the grounds. Staff is outstanding! They are warm, friendly, attentive, and go the extra mile to make sure guests have a good experience. I highly recommend Pamarah - we’d definitely stay here again.

The staff and owners at Pamarah Lodge are friendly, outgoing, and ready to assist in anyway to make your stay in Victoria falls exceptional. The food at Pamarah was excellent. The lodge is safe and is a short convenient taxi ride to about wherever you want to go to explore the area.

Very comfortable and clean property. The staffs are amazing. They gave me the suggestions and arranged all the activities for me. They even advised me to get Kaza visa ( multi entry) since I went to Zambia and Botswana (Chobe) during my stay, ended up saving me the money and trouble to get visa again when renter the country. I have seen so many people wasted their money and time to get visa again for reentry since their hotels did not tell them about the visa. Thank yo so much

Kind and consiferate staff who went the extra step everytime. It was a hidden gem of diamonds and gold. Dont look any further it is the best quiet boutique accommodation in Victoria Falls.

This property is spotless, the staff are first class, food is awesome… we met the owners and it’s obvious that there values have been instilled into the whole operation. We will definitely be back and will only stay at Pamarah.

Pamarah Lodge family room was an excellent choice for our family with two kids 9 and 12. Three nights was the perfect length, we were able to visit Livingstone Island, do a Zambezi river cruise, Victoria Falls national Park, and day trip to Chobe National Park. The room was always cleaned well for us, we ate breakfast and dinner at the lodge which were basic meals but always prepared timely for us, met our allergy requirements, and super convenient to eat at the lodge before/after long day touring. Wi-Fi good in the rooms. Comfortable lobby and lounge area to relax. The owner comes and tries to meet all the guests individually adding a nice personal touch. I would gladly recommend this lodge for a short stay in Victoria Falls for a moderately priced, clean and comfortable accommodations.

Very cozy and cute

The guides were exceptional. They took there time and let us stay longer in places, they pointed out animals that we never saw and were very friendly. Our server for our stay was stellar. He remembered our drinks and was great. The housekeeping was beyond my expectations. I have never stayed in a facility that was so well run. Everyone was friendly and just wonderful. Thankyou so much for a great experience.

This is such a gem in Victoria Falls and I highly recommend you to book this! The owners Phil and Mornette are such a lovely couple and the staff is so friendly and helpful, whether you just want to chill at the hotel or do different activities. Loved the room, stylish, comfy and clean. They have paid attention to details. The breakfast was excellent. This place gives you both the nice hotel feeling and the home away from home feeling. I am SO glad that I found Pamarah Lodge for my spontaneous weekend trip to Victoria Falls! Phil, Mornett, Russ, and all the rest of the staff all addressed me by name and made me feel so welcome - they genuinely cared that I had an amazing long weekend with them! In addition to the actual lodge being gorgeous, breakfast and dinner in the restaurant were excellent, plus when you wanted to venture out the staff was all super helpful with making reservations and getting transportation if it wasn't included with your bookings. As a solo female traveler, I have never felt safer and more taken care of while exploring somewhere I'd never been before. Cannot recommend this place enough.

Beautiful lodge, friendly, helpful staff and owners. A fabulous place to stay while exploring Vic Falls.

We stayed there on a layover as flight crew. The lodge is owned by an amazing family who gave us the best memorable and personal experience ever. All the staff are very friendly, professional and efficient. We loved the food that Chef Ross made for us, he also kindly arranged the catering for our flight, which our clients loved as well. He helped me with all the shopping and preparations for the flight and I would def recommend him if you are looking for private jet catering options. We had some last minute requests which the handling at the airport could not arrange for us, but Phil the owner made it happen and delivered the items personally to the airport. The lodge has very nice, spacious and clean rooms with outdoor sitting area available. We were very impressed by the amenities and the facilities available in the rooms, you will find everything that you need and more. Pamarah lodge is also conveniently located close to shopping areas and all the main attractions. Very grateful and satisfied with our stay! Hope to be back soon 🙏

Monnett and Phil are amazing hosts. The property is beautiful with a peaceful courtyard for swimming, dining or just hanging out.

We had the most wonderful 2 nights at the Pamarah lodge. The lodge is only a year old and the rooms are beautiful and very comfortable. What makes the place so special are the wonderful owners Phil and Mornette, their son & amazing chef Ross, and the rest of the staff. They were all so warm and welcoming and helped arrange different activities for our stay there. Ross cooked us the most incredible 3 course dinner at the lodge our second night there which we would highly recommend. We have traveled all over the world and have stayed at many different places and this is definitely in our top list of favorites.
