The shower needs to be improved

The swimming pool is nice. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

Had ordered a pickup from the airport - they had forgotten and I had to call them, which was fine as I had a Zimbabwe Sim card with air time. This was very poor as I had specifically requested this and had had it confirmed. Cheaper to get a taxi at the airport. The air conditioning in the room was not great and I do not think it got the temperature down to 18 as set. Also noisy. At meals they were burning a candle to ward off against insects. I had to request that it was removed as the smell put me off the food. Was disappointed with the food - e.g. there was no butter available at breakfast. I thought that I'd booked breakfast, but found when checking out that I had not done so. It is very expensive to pay for food at the hotel - 30USD for breakfast,

Just the location

I had reserved a king business room and paid but upon check was told the room is not available was allocated a room with 2 double beds,toilet not flushed had tissue inside,bathroom was dirty.When i initialy asked if i can get a refund they said it was possible,the next morning they told me i have to wait for 24hrs before i can get my refund

The hotel is conveniently located. The shuttle service was very good. The wifi works well in the hotel. My flight was cancelled in Vienna so I had to be re-booked for the next day, hence I arrived one day late. I appreciated how the hotel handled the situation. The bed was comfortable and clean. The staff is very nice.

This is not a 4 stars hotel. Booking should check before listing hotels as 4 stars. Is misleading. The furniture in the room is old; the AC is old, noisy and doesn't really cool the room; the bathroom needs to be renovated; the carpet had a lot of spots.

Location was good for the city area and not as noisy as some hotels but sleeping with the window open was difficult. Bedding with duvet only suited air conditioning similar hotels have a sheet and duvet for flexibility Staff were polite and friendly Breakfast (included) food option was good

WiFi was OK but constantly dropped the link if not used for a time so signing in again was a regular occurrence. Aside to breakfast the food menu was generally not priced and the snacks and evening buffet were expensive for a basic quality Pool; area was safe and clean but lacking in number os tables and sun beds

We arrived early, but the hotel had us in our room by noon, and let us use their internet while waiting. Easy walk to the National Gallery of Art and many local restaurants.

Breakfasts were outrageously expensive. We never had breakfast in the hotel, preferring the Afrotopia Cafe in the National Gallery or the doughnut shop across the street. Our airport transfer was a wild ride down dirt sidewalks on the wrong side of the street. Cost the driver his tip.

The staff and service are exceptional!

The only challenge I had was that I had a room facing the main street and it was quite nosy to late at night with people walking by and conversing loudly to the early hours of the morning. I have made a note to self to request a room facing the back of the property, away from the main road at my next stay.
