bathroom was was too small

The room was nice clean and big

The spa team next to my room was annoying. Speaking on the phone loudly at night and playing music at 3 am. I had to go and ask him to close it. The spa should close maximum at 11 pm or they need to put it away from guest room.

Breakfast is excellent, room service and menu are also exceptionally good! Very polite and helpful staff. Osama the manager on duty during our stay was very nice and devoted. Thank you again! I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel. Big mall is in walking distance with excellent restaurants.

Street facing rooms are very loud in the morning rush hours, but there was no problem changing it. Thanks for it again!

The service at reception was exceptional—hospitality at its best. I had an early arrival, and they accommodated me in the best possible way, with early check-in and breakfast while waiting for the check-in - accommodating staff. The room was large, with a great bed, separate shower and toilet, good space, appreciated coffee/tea facilities, and a working desk. Recommendable
