Breakfast was nice but you paid an additional $14.50 per person per day added to your room

Paying to park, there was an additional $150.00 charge per night to make sure the room was not trashed, the free cocktails were so watered down that you could not see or taste the alcohol, the heated pool was cold.

The look and style of the hotel and access to the beach.

I really didn't like that the hotel places an additional hold of $150 per night on your bank account on top of your normal room rate. This is not communicated previously. I had a hold of over $750 on my bank account for a 2 day stay. Also parking was $20 per night and that should be included in the price.

The Breakfast was very tasteful and filling. I love the convience of not having to travel out for good food! The location was perfect!

Hotel was pretty and had a good breakfast. It was a good location, but much of the amenities were closed. Shower was nice.

Staff was horrible. First, they had us booked in two rooms instead of one (and charged us for two!!). Then they checked us out and into another room without us knowing and the cleaning service came into our room while we were sleeping and weren't quite dressed enough for visitors! We spent at least 3 hours over the course of 2-3 days getting this mess fixed. They had the audacity to tell us it was our fault. Booking.com called them to confirm it was indeed the hotels error, and not them. For almost 2k, I expect a much better experience.

Great corner room with large balcony and beautiful view. The staff was super friendly and there is a shuttle that runs to the cavalier..

The mattress was so uncomfortable.

Great location. Perfect for my trip. Room was.nicely apportioned. Staff was quite efficient and friendly. I have some mobility issues, and without my having to ask the front desk put ne in a room close to the elevator. Additionally, I loved the text communication to find out how I was doing and liking my room. Well done

Our room had a view of the beach and the strip layout too. We were up high, nice balcony. Fantastic Room with the king bed and everything you need in this compact rm. Sink, microwave, refrigerator, table chairs, couch, coffee table and ft rest/seat. Bathroom wonderful and 😍 lovved how the lights came on/off when you entered the bathroom automatically. We will be staying Here again Fer sure!!! Evening cocktails, snacks, or order from the menu. Breakfast! Baby you can order to cook omelets! I'm sold!😍❤️💜

It’s new (maybe a year old at most) and everything is shiny and clean and lovely. We also received excellent service from everyone. The employees seem to take pride in the hotel.

Very hospitable to travellers with pets. Bedroom well organised to make the most of the space. Very clean. Great location.

The breakfast was alright wish they had better food choices for the people who don’t eat pork.

The bathroom toilet wasn’t working properly and the furnace was noisey.

The room was perfect we had a room that separated the living room from bedroom which was very nice. The room was very clean and room service and all other staff was very nice. Great experience!

The room I booked was not the same asIi received the view was different than what I was given online. The person who checked us in gave us a key to an occupied room. We were sent to a better room and the staff profusely apologized which I appreciate. I also understand mistakes happen and it didn’t hurt the weekend.

The Language Barriers with the Housekeeping staff was disappointing. The Dinner Menu in the restaurant was limited.

Location, building, dinner and amenities were excellent.

Prices and what is a resort fee (?)

Beautiful Location just two blocks off the boardwalk. Loved the room with the balcony overlooking both the pool and the beach / ocean. Very nice facility. Very nice complimentary breakfast at Arbuckle's.

1. Dog feces on their private beach for guests. Too many dogs. 2. Staff did not supply toilet paper three out of five nights we stayed there. 3. Guest Beach chairs unavailable to me on their private beach for hotel guests on two out of five days we stayed there (sun out both occasions). 4. I got stung on two separate occasions while sitting at the tiki bar at their TNT Lounge. Bar infested with bees - employees continually being stung.

This was the cleanest hotel room that I have ever stayed in. The mattresses had protective covers and the room was extremely comfortable.

The rooms were not cleaned daily unless you requested. They did provide clean towels daily and once they understood that we wanted our room cleaned thoroughly daily it was done
