This was such a beautiful home. Clean, thoughtfully decorated and supplied with everything you could ask for. The extra goodies were such a great surprise and very appreciated after a long drive. We loved the location. We biked to all the restaurants and coffee shops and the grocery store several times for forgotten items. Missy was the best host we’ve ever had! Highly recommend this home for your next mountain adventure.

The house was lovely and decorated perfectly for the fall season. Loved the electric fireplace. The kitchen was stocked very well. The beds were comfortable and the house was perfect for our group of 6 adults. Close to everything!

This home set the whole vibe for my birthday getaway with my family. Great location , super clean , spacious and just all around felt like home. The pictures dont do it justice, it’s a-lot bigger than what we expected.

Our experience was practically perfect in every way. Missy was the best host and this house was the best we have stayed in as a vacation house. Missy cares and it did feel like home. From a kitchen with everything you need to make a meal to a stocked fire place and games to boot, we were not left wanting. When we get the opportunity to come back to Townsend, there is only one place we will stay.

The Peacefulside is a 100% accurate description of Townsend AND this wonderful home! My family of 7, kids ages 16-2, could not have had a better experience. The wonderful space Missy provides greatly contributed to that. The house is clean with everything you need and more. Missy provides so many things one usually has to purchase upon arrival or bring with them. Our family enjoyed the hot tub, cornhole, hammocks,smore's station, relaxing on the front porch for morning coffee and tea, open floor plan, games provided, book nook and Pac-Man game. It was a quick walk to the IGA for groceries. The Townsend Visitor Center is an official GSMNP bookstore, so you can stop there for park information. I highly recommend the Peacfulside Social creamery and restaurant for dinner out. Also, Townsend Mercantile Co for shopping. Our families favorite things were the River rat tubing, Tuckuleechee Caverns, and GSMNP, especially Clingman's Dome and Cade's Cove.

The house was fantastic! The owner was always prompt answering any questions we had and made it extra special for our stay. The house was clean and an easy drive to Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg.

This is a super cute and comfortable home that was perfect for our family with twin toddlers. We appreciated the pack'n play crib provided as well as the flat, open yard on a quiet street that was perfect for busy boys who love to be outside. This is probably the best outfitted vacation home I have ever stayed in. There were a few groceries (eggs, butter), fun treats like the "s'mores station", "Tennessee treats", hot chocolate and even reading glasses in 3 strengths provided! Our group frequently said during our stay, "Missy thought of everything!" This is the first time staying "in town" and we enjoyed being able to walk to the grocery and to the fun new brewery Peaceful Side Social. It was also great to be so close to the GSMNP entrance. Missy was a wonderful host responding quickly to any questions we had. I highly recommend this home for anyone looking for a convenient and comfortable home in Townsend.

This is an amazing property. Spotlessly clean and well appointed. Very comfortable house, quiet, every amenity, top of the line linens. Great communication with the owner with goodies waiting for us in the kitchen. Highly recommend!

Spent a very relaxing week in an exceptional house. Will definitely return.

This trip was all about celebrating holiday season with my family. Missy’s home was a perfect retreat. It was warm, cozy and comfortable, everyone in my group felt like home. From location to the amenities, everything was beyond our expectations. My family and I have been going to Smokeys once a year for the last 2 decades and this was our best rental so far. The back patio and yard is huge ( weather was bad while we were there). Missy paid attention to all the small details. In fact, Fridge was well stocked with eggs, creamer, juice for kids. There was a s'mores station too in the kitchen. We will definitely stay here again.

From the moment our family entered this beautiful and well maintained home, we knew we made a great choice of lodging for our family holiday. Missy's home was extremely clean, tastefully decorated, and is situated in a wonderful section of Townsend. Communication with the homeowner was consistent and the house was more than adequate for 7 people. Missy seemed to cover even the smallest details such as providing laundry detergent, soaps, and even sandwich bags for our family picnic! Our family had an excellent holiday together and could not be more pleased with our accomodations. Thanks again, Missy, and we can't wait to revisit.

Everything about this house was perfect. It was just like the pics, so clean, and beautifully decorated with everything we needed for our stay and so much more. It was even decorated for fall with so much attention to detail. This host went above and beyond to make our stay perfect from check in to checkout offering so many things to make our stay amazing. I would highly recommend this house for your getaway and can’t wait to make a return trip myself!

I have stayed in various locations Townsend TN. The Oasis was everything advertised and more. Our host was amazing and this home is so well appointed and organized we had to take notes for ways we will do things in our home. Very clean and comfortable. By far if I cared about cost this is best value for anyones dollar.
