We stayed at the home for state series at the fairgrounds. We couldn't have asked for a more convenient location! We were just minutes from the venue. In addition we loved walking into a clean well lit house. The kids loved asking Alexa to play all their favorite songs. This house was well set up for family, cooking, and a comfortable weekend. We felt safe and secure staying here. The check in procedure was very easy and the updated digital home entrance was much more convenient than some I have experienced. The hosts were wonderful and responded promptly to any questions we had. In addition I noticed the house had a pack and play, an extra roll away bed, and extra bedding - we were impressed! We will be recommending and booking this place again in the future for our next trips to Springfield!

Great home. Couch was FANTASTIC! We we all able to sit together comfortably (7) and watch a movie on the HUGE TV. Can’t recommend enough!

First time using VRBO. The owners were very helpful after i messed up the reservation. Walked me through correcting. The property is very nice. Me, my wife and my 80 yr old mom stayed. It was perfect for our group. Very large seating areas. Lots of hidden features with the lighting. The garage. Its convenient to I44. Easy travel to Bass Pro and Battlefield area. I feel like we got a.lot of room and quality for our money.

We enjoyed our stay here. The owner was very responsive with questions. The house was clean, inviting, well organized and thought out. The neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful. We had plenty of towels and supplies. We had everything we needed.

The house is very clean and has all the electronics! We enjoyed the provided game selection and the big TV for a few football games.communication with the owner was great as well.

Just a one night stay. Had 5 teenagers with us. They enjoyed all the “techie” stuff. With the surround sound and all the Alexa’s in the rooms. Perfect for a quick place to stay.

We stayed at his wonderful and cozy location while working nearby in Willard, MO. The home was close to a lot of food and shopping locations as well as many other option just a few minutes away. We really liked the fact that the home was up to date with technology and a bonus was the huge TV in the living room. Highly recommend staying here. I know we will if we ever are in Springfield again!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The location was perfect, every place we went to was within 15 minutes of the house. We felt very at home here and the cameras were a nice feature when you’re staying someplace you have never been to. We enjoyed watching tv on the huge tv, we now have to purchase one for home. Overall a great place to stay and we will definitely book again the next time we are in town.

This was one of the nices vrbo I have ever stayed at. The only issue I had is the power went out in the middle of the night and because its a smart house the lights came on when power came back on. It was a minor issue and was not an issue due to the host.

Good points: There was a large TV and sectional that was a joy to use after a day of running around. There was a nice, fully stocked kitchen to use. The beds were large with nice sheets and pillows. The showers had a ton of water pressure. The HVAC pumped out plenty of cold air. Plenty of towels for the stay. The host did add several small touches like LED lighting under the beds, a charging station for any type of port, fans for noise while you slept, some board games, interesting books to read, good wifi, dinner tables so you could eat in the living room, and a huge garage to park the car in. Not so good points: For those needing a soft bed, these are not the beds for you as they were quite firm. There was a smoke smell as my wife and her friend both were bothered by it and had headaches all weekend.

We just stayed 1 night as we traveled through. House is clean but does have an old house smell. Beautifully fixed up and we felt safe even though the neighborhood seemed odd… let’s just say it was the nicest house on the street! Security cameras and clean are a huge plus! If we traveled through again we would stay there if available.

Spacious 3 bedroom with nice vaulted ceilings. Very clean. Well stocked kitchen. Appliances were modern and appeared to be almost new. HUGE! tv with most apps available.

Great overall experience for a family gathering. Plenty of room with a huge couch and TV. Rooms were perfect and technology inside the house is extra. Highly recommended and give it 5 stars for the area!

We traveled to Springfield to pack and pick up our daughter from college. We were traveling with me, my dad, my husband, and our daughter stayed with us after checking out of the dorm. We enjoyed our stay at this house very much. My daughter loved the big couch and tv. I enjoyed the lights under the bed that made it easy to see if you needed to get up in the night. Everything was clean, which is a huge thing. We also enjoyed the long table and playing Yahtzee from the hall cupboard. The master shower, was a bit small, but we made it work. Overall a very comfortable place.

My family traveled to Springfield for spring break. The house was clean with comfortable beds. My son enjoyed the large TV with many streaming options. Good location close to all the sights we wanted to see.

Property was super clean. Only stayed two nights so didn’t do any cooking. Beds very comfortable. It was also nice to be able to use the garage. Whole process was seamless.
