Comfortable stay for our trip.

This home was exactly what we wanted and what was advertised. Beds were very comfortable, the home was clean and the pool was perfect. The kids with us had a blast when not at the rink.

Communication with the property manager was good. House was spacious enough for 11 people. Yard needs some love and was charged extra for laundry use and pool heating.

Check in process went smoothly. House is very clean and laid out perfectly! Pool was great for the kids. Fenced in yard was helpful. Our only issue was the yard itself was in disarray.

The owner was incredibly responsive and accommodating. They let us check out a little later so our girls could shower before traveling. The house was clean and pool was nice for the girls to catch some sun before and after games. I would highly recommend for any group of 5 girls traveling with a few moms.

The house has been totally renovated and is exceptionally clean. Conveniently located to all the activities we had planned. Colby was always available to answer any questions. Would highly recommend!

To start, we had car trouble on the way to Bradenton that caused us a very late check in. Colby contacted us as soon as the place was ready ahead of the scheduled check in and we made him aware of the situation. He checked in the next day to make sure we made it and was very responsive throughout the stay. The place was as advertised, modern, clean, and well maintained with all of the necessary amenities. The only issue was the presence of ants that we took care of with a little bug spray. The place has smart TVs and internet but no cable so if you need to watch your usual channel line up you need to make your own technology accommodations for that. Other than that, it was perfect. I'll definitely look to stay there again.

Very clean and spacious home! Pool temperature was nice and warm. A patio shower is also provided and they even have a Mango Tree! Colby was very responsive for any questions we had and always courteous.

Had a great stay

Everything at the property was amazing! Had a great time in the pool and cooking on the grill. Very nice area and easy commute to beaches and Disney World. The property manager was easily accessible and always gave us updates as needed. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely re-book again if we are back in the FL area!

The house is beautiful, beds are super comfy and Pool is amazing. Close to stores and to the beach. 100% worth it

Renting this property was easy Inside the house was very nice. Out side the house the property front and back yard don’t look that great. Could improve the appearance.

Some things I always worry about when renting are cleanliness and odor. This rental was very clean and had ZERO odor. Just clean! There were lots of convenient touches provided by the owner - travel-sized soaps and shampoos, kitchen sponge, a roll of paper towels, toilet paper, and trash bags. There were ample bath towels provided in each bathroom. There were only 6 beach towels provided and 4 beach chairs. We had to rent a couple extra chairs during our stay. But there were two coolers and 2 beach umbrellas provided. The outdoor space could use a little love, but it suited our needs. The pool was a good temp without paying for the heat. The outdoor shower was convenient after a day at the beach. Finally, communication with the owner was outstanding. Always quick to respond to any questions I had and I have no doubt Colby would have resolved any issues that would have come up (there were non) if problems arose. The location was a little further from the ocean than we wanted, but we knew that ahead of time. And for the space and price, we felt that it was a good compromise. Thanks to Colby for a nice stay.

Great property but no cable and front door access not working with east

There is nothing I love more than a clean home and this was our experience upon arriving to this house. It has been newly renovated and it was clean and fresh, from the paint colors on the wall to the bathrooms and floors being clean and even the detail of how the towels were folded and stored in the bathrooms. All of the decor and the furniture welcomes you to relax and enjoy paradise. It was a great location to get to so many beaches with minimal traffic and to get to downtown or other areas. The host Colby was extremely friendly and helpful from the start to finish of our experience. We spent most of the time out at the beach but we did enjoy to come back and rinse off in the back with the outdoor shower. The pool was also a plus. The side yard is still a work in progress but I’m sure it will turn out amazing. We had a little issue with the air one of the days and Colby was quick to resolve with his handy man being close to the vicinity. He was in and out quick and he resolved the issue and even left his contact incase we needed anything more. It was also nice that we all had space to spread out in the house and the 3 full baths were awesome. I look forward to booking this house in the future.

This was a great place for a small family reunion.

The home is exactly as it appears online. Beautifully remodeled inside and a wonderful backyard pool. We loved our stay!

This property was very updated and clean. The bed sizes were great as there was 2 kings and 2 queens and a dbl & bunk in 1 of queen rooms. 3 bathrooms as well. Pool was very nice. Other half of back yard needed more landscaping. No street parking was difficult for a large group as we rented 2 homes and mainly used other home for get togethers since we had 6 cars. Host was easy to contact and was quick to respond to questions and quick to respond to something that needed to be fixed. Would recommend this Vrbo home and would definitely use again.

Our group was highly satisfied with the Surf House property and the overall accommodations. Great centralized location for our golfing purposes in the Bradenton, Tampa, Sarasota and Venice area. Interaction with the property management was easy and always pleasant. Will certainly consider renting this property for any future trips to the area.
