Tony the owner is very nice and hospital. he helped me a lot and i left the belongings during my travel. hotel is clean and comfortable, smoking area is nice.

Quiet. Good host. Very clean. Hot shower. Terrasse for smoking. The price is more than decent.

No toilet paper. 3 cabinets in the room but all full of host clothes.

Very nice owners

Didn’t get the apartment I payed for, had no balcony, kitchen or shower as stated in the booking. I was told to use the “public” kitchen and shower on the upper level outside of my room. The room I was given wasn’t an apartment but just an old private storage room with a bed. Felt weird sleeping with pictures of their private family and boxes of private stuff/junk. Also the area/street around the place didn’t feel very safe for foreigners

A very friendly family run place. It was quite clean and the bed, couches etc were comfortable too.

overall noise was not bad for being in a baranga. if you are a really light sleeper barking dogs or the odd rooster may wake you up.

The location met our requirements being that we needed to be close to the airport. Located within a mile or so from NAIA. Accommodation came with a living room and kitchenette area. Balconies. Large TV (tip: take along a Flashdrive as channels are limited). Price is unbeatable in this area. Be realistic with the price … Please don’t be expecting hot water from the shower .. And keep an open mind - you’ll be situated in the heart of the locals and the lifestyle may be very diff to what you’re accustomed to. Don’t expect silence .. it’s Metro Manila. It may be worth getting in contact with the owners ahead of time for directions - to be wandering around lost in the dark, in an unfamiliar area, is not ideal! Drop off Tip for those in a taxi; ask for the “Barangay Hall 184”. The hotel is situated down the footpath beside this building. Be ready to carry your luggage(s) up stairs. Stop for a short chat with the proprietors - they’re the cutest.

The closest ATM is apparently a drive , albeit a short, away. The accessibility from the main road is not the easiest when lugging a large or/ and heavy case.

They are very accommodating. Cleanliness of the entire apartment. The owner was friendly and easy to talk with.

The location was hard to find especially on Google Maps or Waze. But with the owner's help, just one call away, he gives all the complete instructions.

The location is near in the airport, clean place but hard to locate.

We are asked that we required to pay deposit fee of 1,000 php in case we messed up the place (though its okay to deposit but the way they informed us is inappropriate for us customer, may be they can explained it in a better and professional manner). We are threatened the way they explained the house rules. We also heard loud voices at 5 am from female owner scolding one of their tenants for bringing another guest. This is uncomfortable from us since we need enough rest as we are tired during that day. Regardless of the issue that the owner/s encountered to their guest, I think they can handle that issue in a better way. This is disturbing and traumatic experience we had while staying in this property To the female owner needs to understand that there’s a better way to treat your guest and address your concern. We find her rude in treating her customers
