Good location

It needs a update throughout property from paint, decorative and furniture, etc

The flat was an excellent size, had everything you need to self cater but also offers food and a bar Mon to Thursday. Location was 8 mins tops level walk to the sea front and a lovely Harvester. There's a gym and pool 9.39 to 3.30 Mon to Friday. Reception is covered day and night. I highly rate.

No one's fault but the lift was broken so carrying luggage up was a tad hard.

Apartment was clean and spacious. Staff was very friendly, especially Penny.

Very comfortable flat , 3 large bedrooms (1 double and two twins) large lounge/diner kitchen - kitchen well equipped very close to the beach and easy for parking (maybe not so much in the summer months?) each apartment is allocated 1 parking space in any case. 24 hour friendly and helpful reception/security. There was an iron and ironing board just for information, and, although we didn't need them, i noticed a travel cot and highchair .

I couldn't see a list of the equipment included in the flat which would have been helpful. (maybe i just missed this) The swimming pool gym and bar are only open in the week - this did not affect us at all, but thought it worth a mention here.

The staff in the offices were wonderful: friendly and helpful all the time. Being able to eat in the dining room when space permitted was very helpful and I enjoyed my food there. It's also very welcoming that the bar is available.

The shower in the bathroom wasn't working. It's a hand held hose connected to the bath taps. I think it's time to upgrade to a power shower or similar. The accommodation was, in my opinion, let down by this. Car parking isn't always available on site and from your description I expected it to be . I haven't reviewed your advert but you might want to!

Not a lot. It was nice and warm and quiet.

Not particularly clean. Extremely tired looking, needed updating and painting. We could not even use the facilities advertised, the swimming pool and bar were closed as they did not have the staff. No cleaning products not even washing up liquid.1 toilet roll for 4 people. No full length mirror. Security man let himself in to the apartment and frightened us. Poor welcome pack. Only 1 car park space for 4 people. No mention when booking it was a fireman's building. Rediculous rules.
