We rented this cottage for our annual winter weekend away. There were 6 of us, and it was perfect for our needs. While the cottage is tiny, it is tastefully appointed, has all the amenities we needed, and was in the perfect location. The beds were comfy. The cottage is walkable to town and to restaurants, etc. The only downside is that it is right off of route 1, so the noise in the front bedroom could be bothersome. For us, it didn't matter. Thank you for letting us rent your cute cottage.

Our stay was very nice. Would highly recommend as a good place to stay in Ogunquit. The only negative was a little road noise, since it’s not far from a main road, but that was the only thing, and wouldn’t sway us from staying there again.

Great property. Walk to Footbridge Beach and many restaurants. Nice furnishings, appliances, and well equiped kitchen. Right next to Route 1, but with windows closed and AC on you can't hear traffic. Check in is easy.

Owner was pleasure to deal with and the property fit our needs very well. We’ve vacationed in the area for years and the home is both charming and modernized with attention to details. We hope to return!

We had a fantastic time in Ogunquit. The house was beautifully updated and in a great location. It’s only a 10 minute walk to Footbridge beach and less than a mile to walk to the downtown shops of Ogunquit. The owner is extremely pleasant and does everything to make sure your stay is perfect.

This cottage was very comfortable and modern. We fell in love with Ogunquit the summer before and chose to stay in Ogunquit the following March in order to go to a family funeral. The beds and furniture were comfortable, the modern kitchen had everything you needed, and we enjoyed sitting on the comfortable couch watching old movies together. A highlight was walking on the beach together even though it was chilly. It was great that we could walk to the beach if we wanted to do so or drive and park easily since it was preseason. There were good restaurants nearby, too. Thanks to our host for a great stay.

Super cute place, recently update, very comfy and cozy. Beautiful weekend enjoyed time outside on the lovely deck in the sunshine. Had everything we needed, Check in was easy and Lisa was very accommodating. Easy walk to center of town. Would definitely stay again.

The resting piper cottage was everything it was advertised as. It was very clean and everything was very new. The location was great for us since we have family in York. We are a family of five and we had plenty of room since there are three bedrooms. We loved our stay and will certainly consider this cottage when we visit the area again

We come up to Ogunquit/Kennebunk every December for the Christmas Prelude. Check in was super easy, everything was where Lisa said it would be. The house was IMMACULATE. So nicely decorated, simple and uncluttered. The beds were comfy and the sheets felt luxurious. Plenty of pillows provided. The bedrooms are carpeted in a soft, padded carpet, felt really nice to walk on. Loved the chunky wood open shelving in the kitchen. The plates and bowls and silverware provided were very cool and unique. It’s the little details that make a difference and Lisa nailed it! Big TV, big comfy couch, lots of windows. Nice big walk in shower, great water pressure, tons of fluffy freshly laundered towels provided. The cottage is in a quiet little neighborhood, didn’t see or hear anyone the whole time I was there. It’s the first cottage right as you turn into the neighborhood so it’s close to the main road but the road noise was barely audible. Easy walk to the Greenery Cafe for breakfast/lunch (.3 miles- get the huevos rancheros!!) We had a wonderful time and would absolutely stay here again. Thank you Lisa!

Well kept and recently renovated. Very comfortable and cozy; very well appointed. Easy access to the beach. We truly enjoyed our time there, and would stay again.
