It was away from the chaos of downtown. The rooms have high ceilings and if it’s good enough for Shaboozey it’s good enough for me!

The coffee wasn’t great. No access to a kettle in the room.

Staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The facilities were extremely clean. Bravo on both parts. The restaurant had a limited menu but was good food.

The bed felt like a futon mattress. Very hard. Also the ventilation is in the hallway with the bed around the corner. Very challenging to get proper airflow. I had to turn on AC and the fan on full when it was in the 30’s outside. I did not like being charged an extra 75.00 a day on check in for incidentals. Most places charge only what you use at the end of the stay. Also, booking.com didn’t tell me the third night was almost double the price of the first two. Not a great surprise on either count.

I ordered a hot tea every morning from the bar and it was just as good ..if not better than Starbucks. Plus, always served with a smile from the caring staff. I also had a wedge salad for lunch one day which was very tasty!! The main lobby was decorated with vibrant colors and comfy furniture...very cool mid century modermn vibe!

The parking structure seemed unsafe. There was a portion of the enclosure knocked down and yellow caution tape sectioned it off...anyone could walk through. When housekeeping would clean our room they would never make the bed. Also, it is a pet friendly hotel, but they did not have any pet bowls for our room.

Das Hotel und generell auch die Zimmer an sich sind super: supermodern und supersauber. Wichtigster Punkt neben Sauberkeit ist für uns die Qualität der Matratzen und die war ebenfalls super! Preis-Leistung ist absolut top! Darüber hinaus befindet sich nur wenige 100 Meter entfernt der für unseren Geschmack beste Burgerladen der Welt: Joyland (u.a. bekannt aus der Netflix Serie "Somebody feed Phil").

Grundsätzlich ist die Lage absolut ok. Mit dem Bus ist man schnell in Downtown und auch zu Fuß ist der Weg in Ordnung. Im direkten Umfeld bzw. auch wenn man in die Stadt läuft, tummeln sich allerdings diverse Obdachlose, was grundsätzlich nicht schlimm ist, aber eben dennoch etwas die Lage-Bewertung beeinflusst.

Very friendly staff. Room was very clean. Close for concerts, and places to eat. Check in and out was very easy. Easy to get where you wanted to go. Food from hotel was excellent and ample amount.

No microwave in room. Asked downstairs and staff stated there isn't a microwave in the building at all. No ice machines on floors. Had to go downstairs and ask for ice at the bar. Unsure if any rooms had refrigerators, as the one I had did not.
