It’s a beautiful property. I think it’s the best place to be as you are walking distance from most of not everything Venise-en-Quebec has to offer

Staff was very friendly and accommodating and spoke English since we couldn’t speak French! Roxanne accommodated our request for an upgrade and was very nice as well as her colleague! :-) Our chalet was very nice and the grounds were very nice and located right by the lake! The pool and hot tub were very nice as well!

We traveled to Hôtel le Rosay from our home in Vermont just north along Lake Champlain. This hotel did not disappoint. It is like walking into a mini resort with bike rentals and the most beautiful grounds and decor both inside and out. We were greeted by two lovely staff who spoke wonderful English and gave us some good tips on where to eat in Venise en Quebec. Our room was beautiful with a gorgeous balcony looking out at the lake and packed with lots of goodies you can purchase for a reasonable price. The pool on site was awesome! Clean and lined with comfy loungers along the pool deck and just a few steps away from a hot tub and sauna! Their grounds are lined perfectly with flowers and other plants with a family vibe that resonates throughout. Venise en Quebec is a wonderful little village along the shores of Lake Champlain that is a hidden gem.

The Noah spa at a neighbouring property was nice.

Do not recommend. We had many problems during our stay and nothing was done to address it. I tried sharing with the hotel staff after we left and it was a bunch of excuses. Our shower was leaking excessively on the first night and no one was at the front desk to talk to. We could not shower after a long drive. We tried calling the phone number provided and no one answered. The next day we were told we’d have to upgrade and pay to get a room with one that was functional. She said it was because it was an accessible room, and we had not asked for one. We were provided a pile of towels to absorb the mess while we were sent back to use it. The hot tub was closed, there was no campfire and we were told the firewood was wet but there was a whole pile we could see covered with a tarp. No one came to clean during the day and coffee was not replenished. When we asked, we only got caffeinated and had to ask (and wait) again for decaf. We asked for recommendations on places to eat and were sent to places that were closed, close enough to walk and arrived on foot to lights out with a hungry 6 year old. Will not be returning or recommending it.

The whole hotel is pretty and very nice. They have a small gym but all the essentials one needs to get a workout in. Beds are comfy and the girls at reception were very helpful and nice.

The hotel is pretty new. Room are spacious.Queen bed feels smaller Matress is a little too soft. You can hear noise /voices from room next door. Mini Bar is not free. Make sure you don't mess with it. They charge quickly if something is missing.. check your invoice. Nexexpresso cups provided in room is a bonus.. Overall,, winter time is very quiet in the area. Noah Spa excellent choice. Make reservations in person Hotel is well located. Outside Sauna and Spa tub a plus.

They charged me for something I didn't use. Could have contacted me first to avoid the hassle. Refund was done few days after. Staff answers your emails promptly.
