The view was nice. Clean room. Staff was polite.

Very noisy during the night because of music outside. Towels for swimming pool are available only for extra charge. There was no price for paella in restaurant menu and staff was confused. The way to the beach wasn't comfortable, need to bypass the railroad.

For a six day stay we were only given one shampoo for two people. We had paid for six nights with breakfast, but on the last morning we had to leave the hotel very early because of an early flight. We explained this to reception and from there they gave me a ticket for a packed breakfast. However, when I checked out, I was not given one despite the presented ticket. Every night there is live music in the hotel, which can be heard until late at night, even with the windows closed.

This is not a 4 star hotel. The rooms are very small with toilet almost in the middle of the room with a kind of door, but no sink where the toilet is. Hotel was very noisy and had to call the reception during the night. Rooms are allocated not in accordance with the reservation as we booked a triple room with balcony and they offered us a room with a window only. Had to complain about it. Breakfast was a shame with almost no food close to nine am. If you are fully booked, as the receptionist was saying you should also have enough food for breakfast. Never had such a bad experience in a 4 stars hotel.

The food is very repetetive and lacks flavour. During lunch and dinner there is no drinks available to grab yourself, you have to wait for waiter to come around and on few occasions we were nearly finished with the meal by the time the waiter offered something to drink. I asked for all inclusive wine for dinner and was brought another wine twice and asked to pay for it. Cleaning of rooms is also very poor. I had to ask for fresh towels 3 times after the cleaners removed our towels but forgot to replace with fresh ones. They literally just change the towles make the bed and leave the room. I had to go to receiption and request that they hoover our floors. Would not visit again and wouldnt recommend. Definitely overpriced, there are better hotels out there

Very good location, center of Santa Susanna, the beach is only 300m walking. The hotel itself is 50+ years old but it was nicely reconstructed (if I am not mistaken in 2017). I liked the design. The hotel has restaurant in buffet style for half or full board, but also has a bar/restaurant at the pool too. Here they have very good live music almost every evening. Good for having fun every day until midnight. They have a pool, and a 6 person hot tub. The rooms were clean and nicely decorated and designed, but the shower had some cleanness issue (refer my "what didn't I like" part.

The biggest complain of my, is not related to hotel itself, but the restaurant (buffet) of the hotel where we get our half board meals. The plates and glasses were usually dirty! I can't understand how nobody noticed this from the management. Once, I have taken a plate which was clean from the top, but has mayonnaise from the bottom all over it - really unpleasant... We always had to search for king of clean plates (usually one of five). The buffet was quite the same every day and not much of a variety. It was good, but practically you are eating the same every day. Regarding the room- I do not understand why at 4 star hotel we do not get some (i think) basic equipment, like: glasses, kettle, tower for the floor (to standing on and collect the water if any get out from the shower). Second, even though the room was clean, we had a quite unpleasant smell from the showers, it was a quite strong smell of mold). We had to close the shower and had the acclimatization always on, to vent out the smell out of our room. (for hotel management reference room 439). Third regarding the room, just to note> if you are not a couple or family, the two or three person rooms are not good for you, since the shower and the bathroom is part of the main room, so you will be able to see each other while showering - just to note.

Everything is great! Comfortable bed, location, pool and food was wonderful! We enjoyed our stay! Live band on friday night was 💯😊

Oh my…were I can start. Firstly I would like to say we were staying for 8 days, 2 adults and 1 child. We payed 1600eur. for all inclusive. When you check inn, they asked as deposit for all inn braclets witch was 30eur. Ok If you want beach/pool towel its 5eur and you need to pay deposit. In the room there is safe witch is not working, because you need to pay deposit and a fee to make it work. Even for a iron you need to pay 30eur deposit. You cannot ask glasses to the room, only plastic ones will be given at reception. HUGE lines on the breakfast/dinner. Very unpleasant to wait. Took 1 banana for my child, were stopped by saying it is not allowed to take food away. Only by confirming that it is for my child I could take it. Those kind of a things make you very uncomfortable and unpleasant.

Pros: 1. The breakfast is fantastic, with a lot of choices every morning, fruits are fresh. 2. The location and outlook of the hotel both are nice. I would say, only walking mins to the beach and the hotel sits almost in the best site of Sant Susana. The nearby beachside is very nice, the water, sand, free beds, and sun umbrella if you can reach there at around 10 a.m., it is normally availalbe. 3. The employees and services here are nice, from the reception to the cleaning ladies, they are always helpful and smile. 4. The public facilities of the hotel also reach the average level, like 2 swimming pools (clean), the kid's room, the restaurants, the resting place, the entertainment facilities, and so on. 5. Easy for parking, with two free public parking lots, although you sometimes need to take a bit of time to find a place, for the two weeks, we never missed finding it. So, it is not bad. after parking, just take mins to the hotel.

Cons: 1. The facilities in the room are pretty old, unbelievable limited, details are not satisfied the gusts. 2. Rooms: the cleaning level just meets the lower level of average, the smell is not good if you are not open the window on time.

Excellent Breakfast. Very central location close to all amenities and train station. Great night time entertainment

Parking at this hotel is a free public parking. In front of the hotel is a 30-minute parking lot where others have stayed for several days. It should be the same rule for everyone. And I would have liked to have a car in front of the hotel
