The park its self was clean and staff very friendly.

Caravan wasn’t very clean. Mould in all the rooms wardrobes. Floor was filthy we cleaned it out selfs on arrival. Toilet and kitchen sinks were blocked causing an unpleasant smell. This was sorted after reporting to maintenance

Owner was good at getting back to us when WiFi was down.

The caravan was damp. Especially at bottom of wardrobes and in the kitchen. We couldn't put anything on the floor. If any of us had been asthmatic, we would have to have left. The caravan was not cleaned properly, there was crisp packets, old cake etc in cupboards and next to microwave. I also had to re-wash utensils. There was a chopping board in one of the cupboards, that was covered in mould. It's still there to my knowledge. We left early as the noise surrounding the caravan at night was too much, even though it's far from the centre. When we left, we couldn't find the caravan key. We found it when we got home, so offered to post it 'same day delivery ', but the owner DOES NOT keep a copy key at Reception, so my husband was forced to drive all the way back on the same day.

Facilities were ok, passes were extra and expensive (had to be purchased from Park Holidays) so not the caravans providers fault. Booking process was great, all in all, ok for what it is. Staff was available on the phone and very polite.

A door in the caravan was stuck shut. We thought it was locked. The caravan had not been cleaned, dirty floors, mouldy dishes (bowls) in the cupboard and spiderwebs everywhere.

We arrive at the property at around 6pm. We struggled to get through the caravan as there was a barrier that needed a fob. There was no instruction about this. The caravan was very dusty, there some left over food in the fridge. The door lock in the shower room was broken. One of the single bed was also broken because of this a couple had to sleep on the floor. There was a soup bowl provided but it was full of molds. The WiFi was not working. When I texted the owner he said that by midnight the WiFi will be working. The following day the WiFi was still not working.

The owner was rude. Not helpful at all. We stayed for 3 nights and some of us had to sleep on the floor. This is not the brief breaks we were hoping for. One of us had a very important meeting to attend to the following morning she had to go home as the WiFi was not working.

Is not good because the swimming pool was closed
