في بداية التسجيل كان لغرفة خلفية غير جيدة وعندهم أخبرتهم بتغيرها على الفور تم التنفيذ

Staff were nice, Shuttle service to Canton was convenient. Room had a cigarette smell but was overall satisfying.

Compared to many other hotels chains found in China like Shanghai and Yiwu, found this to be priced quite high and breakfast spread was quite average.

I arrived to check in during a weekday for a single basic room for one night. The kind lady at the front desk, the manager, upgraded me to a family room without extra charge. Wow. The room was so huge with a nice view. The largest room I have ever stayed in a hotel. I know this was a one time lucky experience, but I'll take it. The bed was comfortable and the room was very spacious. I would live in there if I could. I will be back for sure. The location is excellent and only about a 7 minute walk to the train station. Many restaurants and shopping locations nearby. For the price and the area, I don't think it can get any better than this. Although the buffet breakfast had limited choices, the food they had was good and very delicious and did the job. Eggs, toast, fruits, rice, potatoes, noodles, cereal.....the basics. Western and Chinese choices. Simple but very good.

Clean and comfry and huge room size

The hotel was located not far from a metro station and close to dozens of Chinese restaurants, along with a mall with coffee and sandwiches. The hotel room itself was comfortable enough and the staff were efficient even with the return of COVID-19 restrictions. The English translations of Chinese signs and notices provided amusing entertainment.

I must've been given a smoking room, even though I had specified otherwise, because the whole room smelled of smoke. I didn't feel the need to request a new room since I was only staying for one night, but perhaps these preferences can be taken into account for future guests.

The concierge was very friendly and helpful.

The shower was not very hot.

It's bad tourist experience to stay in this hotel. Actually the room has nothing the same as the photos showed in this app.I strongly suggest you not to reserve this hotel
