Fantastic

We only stayed a few nights at this spot but after being there, we wished we could’ve stayed much longer. The room was beautiful. The staff was so helpful and kind. The restaurant was delicious and had a great view. Location is perfect. Couldn’t have been better!

We had a wonderful 4 night stay at the De Reve Galata. Our check-in was a little slow as they were helping other guests but we enjoyed a cup of tea while we waited - outside in the cafe as their reception area is very very small. Once checked in we had nothing but a wonderful stay. Great room (we had sprung for the upgrade with balcony and small sitting area) and the bed was very comfortable with plenty of pillows. The staff was very helpful getting us an appointment at a nearby Hamas for a Turkish bath when the standard tourist places were full since it was Sunday. It was a wonderful experience, thanks for helping us find this gem! The hotel is newly renovated with great linens in the bathroom. A wonderful breakfast each morning in the cafe - shout out to all the staff but specifically Mustafa and Ireme who made us feel like we were at home. The hotel is located in a great location, easily walkable. Close to a tram stop and lots of fun dining options. I would highly recommend if you are looking for something just a little different from a standard hotel. The entire staff went out of their way to make our staff enjoyable. Thank you!

If you are looking for a smart , comfortable hotel with excellent staff- look no further. The room was beautifully appointed, spotlessly clean and perfectly quiet! The breakfast ( included) was delicious and caters for everyone. The hotel is two minutes from the Galataport district, next to the river with many shops bars and restaurants. The staff at the hotel are fantastic, so helpful and nothing is too much trouble. Thanks for a great stay!

very well managed hotel in a great central location, safe neighborhood, close to all major sightseeing points. large, newly renovated and exquisitely furnished rooms with all amenities; large and comfortable beds. very friendly staff throughout the hotel und excellent service. great variety of awesome restaurants just around the corner. we will definitely stay here again on a next visit to instanbul. truly recommendable!

Do not stay at this hotel- they gave me food poisoning from their chicken wrap and I was in the hospital. My sister also got sick from their food and had diarrhea. They had non stop construction noises and we couldn’t sleep. Breakfast was bad- Staff was not accommodating. Overall, do better than this place

The lobby staff were very professional and ensured our stay was comfortable and exceeded our expectations. Mustafa the cafe manager was amazing! He was so polite and always went above and beyond to deliver a smooth and quick breakfast service. He also gave excellent recommendations on restaurants and locations to visit. Would definitely come back for this superb service.

I have been traveling for 3 straight months. This was my final stop and I was anxious what I was going to experience. 9 countries and countless hotel bedrooms later, this newly opened hotel was a wonderful end to a long business trip. This small, newly opened boutique hotel is part of a family run small chain. From the moment I arrived, the owner and his team were constantly at hand to offer great advice, help with bookings and make recommendations. The hotel bed room was large (# 301), beautifully furnished with an exceptionally comfortable king bed. I dined in the restaurant...a little disappointing, I would have expected more options at breakfast. Hotel staff were exceptional. I had used the laundry service and my laundry never returned. The Owner didn't quibble over my loss and promptly provided a full-refund. Location is stunning in the newly developed Galataport area with tons of cute restaurants and cute stores all within walking distance. My new go to Hotel in this stunning city. I can't wait to return.
