Staff very good, first room which I did not take as I requested a shower, however I took another room lower class but was ideal for me, although they could not refund difference which I did not mind, they kindly included breakfast in my stay, would stay again

Location was pretty good. May be perfect. 5-7 minutes walk from Night Market (!), 15 minutes walk to central beach (with umbrellas and sunbeds) or 65 baht by Bolt. Staff was very nice and responsive, always saying hi and were very helpful. Rooms are very spacious. Pretty good breakfast. There is very nice place outside of hotel to sit and relax in the evening, guarded with tree-fence. Very comfy to sit there.

Some things could be improved. 1. Elevator (understand, that can't be added) - sometimes it's too long to wait. Not very fast. 2. Balcony - there are no table or chairs. Just empty balcony. It's restricted to smoke on the balcony and you have to go down (no smoke places on the floor). 3. Shampoo and body soap was not individual, and the I didn't like quality. hard to wash off. Not usual for 4-star hotel'

This hotel is very conveniently located in the main part of Hua Hin, close walking distance to the night markets and beach. For those travelling on a mid range budget I think you will find it hard to better. I would happily recommend a stay here.

Nothing really. I did pay for breakfast on my last morning which was ok. There are some wonderful breakfast stalls and European style breakfast restaurants near the hotel.

Nice and helpful personnel and they can all speak English. Good breakfast and wifi

Superior room was disappointing. Even no chair in the room and no balcony. The smallest room of the floor. Don't buy. The pool cannot be used after sunset. No lights there and completely dark corner back side of hotel.

Das Personal ist wirklich superfreundlich und äußerst hilfsbereit. Sehr sauber. Liegt sehr zentral.

Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen. Das Frühstück ist unterdurchschnittlich. Der Pool ist keinesfalls einladend.

La vue sur des bâtiments insalubres, la clim dirigée sur le lit et difficile à régler ( ailettes cassées), la porte de la salle d’eau très abîmée .

I didnt book to include breakfast, but I did pay 2 x to have it and it was satisfactory, as it catered for different cultures. The Staff were EXCELLENT, and being greeted by the housekeeping staff as I exited my room was lovely. Hotel was within a 5 minute walk of the night market, as well as the local fruit/veg market and pharmacies too. I had a nice chat with the Mgr Mr Tong, i hope I have his name correct, and he was full of information, even phoning a contact about putting a private day tour together for myself. I also needed a few copies made for ongoing travel and the 2 ladies I interacted with were both more than happy to help. Let me say again ALL staff, every person working there are a credit to the hotel and PLEASE PLEASE pass on my gracious thanks to all of them...

A tip would be to perhaps have a better brand of coffee available, as the one they have, does taste a little too bitter and not smooth, but, people have different tastes and this is just my opinion.

Half the hotel still not open. Roof top bar closed. Swimming pool close 14;00. Breakfast very limited and basic.

Very close to everything in Hua Hin . Nice clean spaces rooms. Nice little swim pool in backyard to cool down.

Breakfast could be much better, but I think the reason it takes time to build up again after covid.
