The location is great! Service is good, room is tastefully decorated. It is the best we have stayed in Sicily. And we feel like we have been pampered and so far the rest of the hotels are not as nice.

Had a great stay at Palco Rooms & Suites! The room we stayed in was spacious and modern with all amenities. We were offered a breakfast menu to select from with choices of bread, fruit, coffee, eggs etc and breakfast was served in a separate breakfast room. the apartment has a great view on the Teatro Massimo and when you step out the door you have hundreds of restaurants, cafes and bars to choose within walking distance. There is a car park 7 minutes walking from the apartment in case you arrive by car.

Our hostess helped with luggage on departure and offered advice on how to get around. The building has a beautiful modern interior and a wonderful location in central Palermo.

Room could have been a little bigger. Some stairs not good for luggage.

I liked everything. travelers should be aware that because of central location of the property, you‘d have more noise and a lively neighborhood. it didn’t bother me since I’m used to it. 😊 but if you’re looking for a quiet place, that’s not a right address

Great location, gorgeous rooms, just renewed and looking amazing, with spectaculos view, 3 types of sound isolation so you can sleep and rest the whole night like a baby being really in the heart of Palermo. Friendly helpful staff, have explained to us all that we asked and gave additional instructions and information. We had another place booked in Palermo and I would firmly recommend to everyone to stay at Palco - the best accomodation you can have at the capital of Sicily.

The accommodation was exceptional, very stylish and elegantly furnished. The host Stefania was very helpful and friendly at all times. Great location near all sightseeing spots. All in all a wonderful stay. We had no breakfast there.

Loved the location. Very vivid.We had the Romeo and Juliet room that overlooks the theater and the small streets full of restaurants. The room was very nicely designed, extremely clean and the jacuzzi just perfect.

The opțional parking at EUR 20/night was not easy to find and it was quite creepy when we arrived. Also, difficult to walk out of the parking - not intuitive at all, we had to call again. The great part was the fact that the receptionist was extremely kind and offered to bring the car in front of the location when we checked out. It was extremely appreciated. Thank you again.

The hotel room is lovely and we love how accessible it is. Stefania is extremely friendly and helpful. We’ve enjoyed our honeymoon there and will definitely recommend the hotel to our friends!

Palco Rooms is a boutique hotel within the historical heart of Palermo. The room we had was very well appointed with attention to decor. It's particularly suited to a holiday or short break rather than a place to work from during a business trip. The optional breakfast is good.

We loved everything.

Breakfast is ordered in advance so food is not wasted and is ordered fresh.. I loved this. Room is in a v old building refurbished sympathetically to the past but tastefully to the present. It's simply gorgeous. Great location.

The street outside is quite noisy but otherwise I loved everything about the place.

This place was amazing, multiple choices in pillows, lovely view, delicious breakfast and fresh made to order coffee. The hosts both spoke wonderful English which is a huge plus!

The only dislikes I can think of is it might be a bit loud on a busy street but it didn't bother us at all. Also, it's public street parking but we had no problem finding a spot and we could see our car from the room.

The room was amazing and Mr Giacomo did his best to accommodate us. I would definitely visit again and recommend to anyone visiting Palermo
