Breakfast was very good. A variety of cereals and toast with condiments.

Just the location os good near the airport.

There is no one at reception, no staff, the breakfast is just for the name sake as almost nothing is provided. There is no toiletries provided in the room, not even tooth paste or brush or shampoo etc.

It would have been good to have a decent cup of coffee

What I liked was that it was so easy to check in. So much so that the owner messaged me with the code to get in and left our key in the room. In fact, I never once met the owner over a 3 night stay and had very minimal interaction with the other guests. The place was neat and tidy, and the amenities were clean. Brekky was just Cereal, toast, instant coffee, and juices and had a reasonable selection of spreads for your toast, but no honey, unfortunately. Even so, it was kind of like being at home.

The only negative was that the decking to the front door is starting to show its age and is beginning to fall apart which detracts a little from the rest of the home which is quite nice.
