.they need step up their routine cleaning. Going beyond the Norma cleaning. Curb webs visible and the windows dusty like it hasn’t been cleaned for awhile

The breakfast was only served for one person in a double room, that is breakfast for one person to be shared with your partner instead of two trays of breakfast so if the second person wants to have breakfast in a double room then he or she would have to pay for second breakfast.

On my arrival the water from the tap was not clean so every time we flush the water is brown and as a result of the water being brown and that was what I used to bath, I got rash on my skin, like water infection.

Bed was comfortable and there were more than enough sockets in the room. My room was changed because after I checked in, the AC went off and refused to come back on. The food was good and there was no smoking smell.

Killed two cockroaches, one in the room and the other in the bathroom. The noise from the reception could be heard from my room on the ground floor. At midnight, I could perceive the frying smell from the kitchen. The hotel charged the same rate as if I were a walk-in instead of that of the app. They claim it's because of the exchange rate. In fairness, once you book, they send a message on you how much you will be charged, despite what is on the app. At some point, it seemed like the AC was not working because the room was hot. The telephone had speaker issues, so the receptionist kept coming to my room to speak with me.

The bathroom Torn towel and the hotel amenities, Could do better by providing bathroom slips considering the tiled floor that's always cold.
