Beautiful old property which is well maintained and cared for. Spacious and clean. Excellent location and staff were very professional and kind.

The breakfast is not worth having.

Great location for the historic parts of Cochin. We extended our stay to see more and returned at the end our tour on our way back to the airport, 7 nights in all. Great breakfast selection and lots of it. Wonderful hosts offering local information and bookings for taxi, tuktuk and shows.

very price conscious, unlike a hotel, if you want extras; like bottled water, orange juice or extra foods at breakfast, they will charge you!

very friendly and helpful staff. rooms are very nice, big and comfortable. Good breakfast. location is very good to explore Fort Cochin.

A beautiful house. Room was very clean! nice soap to wash hands with. AC working. water bottle could have been already in the room. liked that i was asked multiple times if i want one. very friendly employees. enough clean towels. bed was a bit too hard for my taste, but that is something personal. nice new street to the hotel. also lit by night. felt very safe. cool shops are close.

Hotel situated in a great location. Great, historic interior, both the common areas and the room. Staff extremely helpful and polite. Breakfasts prepared by the owner worthy of the highest marks.

The TV Conection should be made, or the cost should be reduced, The Wi-Fi connection should be improved. They should hire a cook so that at night one can have soup and bread at least.
