Noisy x toilet and shower terrible x if you only want a 2min shower you are ok x and under 6ft xyou are ok too x ps don’t bring.your average sainsbury toiletries x has to.be eco friendly x x WiFi off before you checked out etc x x cobwebs in bathrooms and bed cover stained x very disappointed and disheartened spent more than the the average for my stay x were staying at best western but have a dog and thought would be better no way x cleaning needs to be checked x x def veryvery average x thanks x Sykes better x x

Boat is fully equipped with everything you need, perfect location for exploring the city. Plenty bars, restaurants and cafes around.
Will definately stay there again.

This was a great stay! Natalie was helpful and accommodated our early arrival. She is young and can give you great recommendations to eat and drink. The hot water can be tricky and doesn't last very long, if this is a huge problem to you don't stay. But if you're like us, we didn't let it bother us. I was traveling with my mom and brother and there was plenty of room for us. The canal can get a little loud with party people but only noticed this on the weekends. I would stay here again and recommend it for a once in a lifetime vacation stay!

Excellent location for exploring Edinburgh. Located within a block of multiple restaurants and grocery store. Natalie was amazing and available to answer all your needs.
