The house is really impressive. Super clean and all bedding and utilities required are available. Stunning garden area with hot tub. If needed in future, would definitely book again and recommend to anyone looking to stay in York. Wish we booked longer!

Very nice house and a peaceful area very close to the shop and York Minster.We loved it.Don't mind coming back and maybe a little bit longer to see more beautiful landmark of York.

Really enjoyed the stay, only a short drive into York centre. Supermarket close by for any shopping required, good availability for take away if not wanting to cook. Any queries we had were responded to quickly and politely. Would stay again

Perfect location for what we needed, 10 minutes drive or taxi from all the bars and resteraunts and the house it’s self was on a nice quiet street.

we were very happy with our stay in woodlea ouse and the services we received. The property is not in the city centre however is only a short drive to get there and it is also located right near the bus route which is very cheap to catch. The property is stunnung inside and has very modern interior which looks amazing. We were very comfortable in the bedrooms and living space and had no issues what so ever. The hot tub is a great touch to the rpoperty and we made use of this. The hot tub was spotless and warm as well as the property being very clean. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at woodlea house and will definitley return here again. thank you

A nice family property well placed for driving into York. 3 nice, clean double bedrooms with comfortable beds. The hot tub was well-placed and warmed up quickly and was great fun - the kids loved it, even in the cold weather. Once we worked out how to make the heating work, it was fine. Dishwasher didn't drain (reported) and a small part of the decking was broken when we arrived. Overall, a great stay. York Boutique Lets were excellent - friendly and responsive. We wish you success for the future:-)
