Great house, wonderful location and great communication with property owners.

The house is in a great spot. It's close enough to walk to the island's many restaurants and bars, but far enough to be away from the large public beaches to not feel swarmed. Our stay was quiet and very relaxing. The house is nice. The bedrooms and living areas are spacious and the pool is great! the bathroom situation was ideal for a larger group with multiple families, and the kitchen was well appointed. The house does show some wear, as all rentals do over time. But we found nothing unacceptable for the price. The 2nd floor deck furniture could use a refresh and the living room furniture could use an upholstery cleaning, but again, no major issues for the price and we would gladly stay at the property again. The management company was also very responsive to our questions and requests, which I appreciated. The kids LOVED the pool and easy access to the beach. We had a great week here and are looking forward to our next visit to the Charleston area!

This was a great house for extended family get together. Nine adults and a 3 year old child and we never felt crowded. The house is comfortable and a great location on the beach. The property owners responded quickly to resolve an issue with the linens in one bedroom and the heated pool. Our group loved the heated pool in December!

We held a memorial service for a family member at this home and it was perfect! The house itself is even better in person than in pictures. The views were incredible and the proximity to the beach was amazing. We were extremely pleased with this VRBO and would stay there again.

Our family truly enjoyed this house. We had 11 in our family, including children, and never once felt cramped. This house is spacious, well designed, and is loaded with amenities. Everyone loved having the pool when the waves were too rough for the children. The senior family members loved having the use of the elevator, a great bonus in a multi level property. Wished we could have stayed longer.

We stayed here with my parents, my brother and sister in law and my husband and five kids ages 2-14. We all LOVED it and would have easily stayed another week. The location is perfect the pool was awesome and we all had plenty of spaces in our rooms. We would definitely go back.

Perfect set up for grandparents and 2 adult couples and 5 kids. Everyone has plenty of their own bathroom access and comfy beds. The beach access was perfect. Tons of deck space with great views and kitchen was adequately appointed. The elevator was very helpful for moving in and out. The pool so *smaller* than it appears in the picture but was adequate. Though the listing does not state it, beware if you need the pool heated, there is an additional fee, so be sure to call and inquire

Incredible views! Bright open spaces. Room for everyone. Close to restaurants. Easy walk down the beach. Short drive to historic Charleston. Perfect!

We enjoyed our time in Folly! 1/2 bath was being remodeled so we didn't have use of it. Outside is really nice, but needs a little TLC to be as nice as the inside.

A great spot in the world

Perfect vacation house for our family. We were 8 adults and 6 children. Spacious, comfortable, great location and well stocked with every provision you could possible need.

Our entire family had a terrific time! We took our children and grandchildren for the week and it could not have been better. Even the storms added to our week. We have new family memories that will always be with us! Our grandson learned to crawl and got his first tooth...so very special. Having the house right on the beach and the pool as well made the fun even better. The house was furnished beautifully with everything we needed and more. It was spotless and we could ask for nothing more! Stunning views everywhere. We will definitely rent this wonderful house again. My husband and I have many special memories of staying at Folly with my family when we were dating oh so many years ago! So happy that our children and grandchildren now have their own memories of Folly. Thank you for sharing your wonderful house with our family. Best week ever!

This house was absolutely perfect. It is so well stocked, and the beach front pool, the many porches, the elevator and the layout make it a truly first class house. Our boys were thrilled with the Wii in their room! We will be back!!

This house was fabulous for us as a family of 9 adults from 5/20 to 5/27. We have always gone to the Outer Banks but unanimously decided that we will return to this house when we decide on our future dates. Cindy Campbell was great to deal with when there was any issue. We had a fabulous vacation. My only hesitation to give a five star rating is the fear that someone else will take our week! Cindy, thank you for everything!

This was the perfect home for several family to stay at while in town for a family wedding. Views are amazing and the House has enough space that we didn’t feel crowded at all. The owner is very friendly and responsive with requests! We had a great time at this beach house and hope to come back and stay again in the future.

The homeowners were absolutely wonderful to work with as we planned to host our wedding at the house and some family members would stay during the week leading up to our event. The home was very clean and well maintained! The beds were comfortable and the rooms all met the needs for space and privacy! The elevator was a blessing! The views are stunning, and the screened in porch and multiple decks give everyone a chance to enjoy the space and views without smothering eachother. The space beneath the home was absolutely ideal for our wedding. Our 45 guests had plenty if room to dine and dance, and the decks were perfect for our ceremony. The slats on the sides of the reception space helped to block the windy day, and the space heaters the homeowners provided were wonderful! All we had to do was pick up some propane - and our guests were super comfortable! We could not have asked for a more perfect home to spend our wedding week with our families!

What a wonderful house! Cindy and Alana were VERY accommodating and quick to respond to inquiries. We were renting right after Hurricane Irma hit and they kept us informed about the status of the house. Comfortable beds with soft linens, stocked bathrooms with soap, hairdryers and thick bath towels. (not like some paper thin ones we have has at other houses) Loved the salt water pool!!! Planning on renting from them again in September, 2018.

We visited the Campbell's rental on Arctic for the third time in 2017 and as always ... a wonderful vacation with a home that was truly built with love and care. The Campbells are simply wonderful to rent from and Folly is our second home now! The Ragan Family

We loved staying at this house on Folly Beach! The views of the ocean are breathtaking from almost every room in the house. We really enjoyed the layout of the house. It's so big and open for large families to gather and visit. You also have your own private space, either in your bedroom w/attached bath or you can hang out in one of the 3 outdoor areas, one of which is the big screened porch (which I LOVE!). We hope to be able to go again in 2019! We would highly recommend this home. The host, Cindy, was also wonderful! She and her husband, Alan, have done a tremendous job in designing and decorating the home. She was available for any questions and gave tips on places to go visit and where to find restaurants. We LOVED it there and can't wait to go again. :)

Our family recently spent a wonderful week at this Folly Beach property. It truly has everything you need in a beach house. It comfortably accommodated our party that included 9 adults and 2 children. My wife broke her foot a week before we arrived and she really appreciated the elevator which also made loading and unloading much easier. Everybody, especially the kids, loved the pool. The beach area was great - about a mile from the center of Folly Beach so it was never very crowded. We spent many hours on the screened in porch talking or playing games. The kitchen/dining/tv area was large and comfortable and provided a great space for meals or other activities. When it came time to leave we were all in agreement that this had been our best family vacation and we couldn't have picked a better house to stay at. Cindy and Alana were wonderful throughout the rental process.

My friends and I just returned from a week's vacation at this beautiful property. Let me just say, the pictures do not do it justice as it is even more stunning in person. We took advantage of every outdoor space (which there are plenty!). Our favorite area was the pool and we spent a ton of time in the heated water. The indoor space is decorated in a beach/shabby chic/modern theme which is put together seamlessly! Beds were comfortable, kitchen was easy to cook in and had everything you would ever need/want to prepare a meal. We go on vacation every year together and plan to spend more time their in the future.

We rented the house to be near Charleston for our daughter's wedding. It is everything and more! The views are breathtaking from all angles. The decor is beachy and comfortable. The elevator was handy for my dad. The pool was a treat since it wasn't really swimming weather in the ocean although a couple of nephews did surf. The washer and dryer came in handy. Plenty of storage. Loved having a choice between screened in porch and open. We used just about every sitting area while there. Played cornhole underneath. It was a fantastic week. We hope to head back!It's less than a mile from downtown folly beach, but you can always rent a golf cart. Lots of surfers down at the washout. The owners were very helpful and patient as we went through the decision making process. Many thanks, it was a great week!

I had my intimate wedding ceremony and reception at this house, and it was amazing! My family enjoyed a week in this house - beach front with a nice deck leading out to the ocean, the inground pool is heated for nighttime swimming, and the kitchen space was big enough to accommodate 20 people for every meal. I had a food truck for the reception, and they were able to navigate the driveway. Our wedding happened right in the middle of Hurricane Joaquin so we had to move our ceremony from the beach to "garage" area and it worked perfectly! Very intimate, but still enough space for my 50 guests with plenty of room for tables, chairs, and a dance floor. The owner of the property was lovely to work with; she was always available to answer my questions, and she let us see the house 3 months prior to our wedding. The house was clean, beautiful, and conveniently located. 5 stars!

I seriously cannot say enough good things about this house! Everything was perfect! The position of the house allows for views from every single room! My boys enjoyed the WiiU & the bunk room was perfect for them. We all enjoyed the many porches. The screened in covered porch was good for the heat of the day while the upper deck was the perfect spot to have a drink & look up at the stars. The pool was a hit with everyone. The direct beach access was perfect. Location is great with Charleston only a short ride away. Elevator was nice for getting luggage up & down & anyone with disabilities. BEST HOUSE ON THE BEACH!!!!

This home was the perfect place to celebrate my parent's 50th wedding anniversary!! The design let's everyone have their space, either in the individual rooms and/or the many outdoor sitting areas. We had 3 young kids with us, so the bunk room proved to be perfect to sleep and for Wii play. The location is perfect, with the short walk and private beach access making it so easy to come and go from the house as needed. The new pool became the center of afternoon life, and the top balcony was perfect for afternoon naps and evening retreats before bed. All rooms are beautifully decorated only surpassed by the stunning views. Cindy couldn't have been more helpful in sharing ideas on the town as well as meeting us to do a walkthrough upon arrival. The home was spotless and well-maintained with fun extras such as corn hole game, the hook/ring in the garage by the grill, and the Wii. In town we enjoyed Rita's Seaside Grill for dinner as a family, it was easy, good food and service, and well-priced. For the most part however, we prepared dinners at the house in the well-equipped kitchen and gas grill. The Harris Teeter has everything you need. Couldn't have picked a better place to celebrate our family!!
