Family gathered for a beautiful Thanksgiving holiday. Beautiful condo with stunning sunset views!

Wonderful beach where was clean and the people are courteous and friendly.

This was our first time staying in Folly Beach. This was a good condo. The 4 bedrooms was great. The view was awesome. It was just what we needed to relax and enjoy the beach! The Folly Beach town was just 1 block down from the condo and they had their 50th anniversary celebration when we were there and we went and everything was so fun and everyone enjoyed it. There are tons of restaurants and shops. I think our favorite seafood restaurant was just a little drive away called Bowen’s Seafood and a great place to see the sunset. We enjoyed our time.

Ice maker didn't work but they did deliver 3 bags of ice. No instructions on how to operate roku tv in main room.Very frustrating.

What a perfect place for the perfect family vacation. Paradise on earth

The housekeeping left a lot to be desired. Drawers in the master bedroom had food in the as did the drawers in the master bath.

Great place to stay with easy beach access and walking distance to the main drag. Folly is a favorite place and this was a great stay.

This condo offered a great view of the ocean with plenty of room to spread out and have your own space. Enjoyed it enough I’d rent this location again.

Great location, enough beds. Only issue was the fridge wouldn’t stay cold. They gave us dry ice but really only lasted a day. They should get a new fridge since it seems to have issues as it’s written in different spots to give it 24 hrs and they gave dry ice with no issues.

It was very easy to rent the property and the management was very quick to respond to our questions and concerns. Would definitely rent with them again.

Our stay was perfect. It was our first visit to Folly beach. We loved the atmosphere of the town. Our condo was clean and in the perfect location. We were walking distance to the local restaurants and shops. We can’t wait to come back!

May want to put covers on the couch. I know it's difficult to keep a light colored couch clean. Were a few stains. Otherwise, property was clean and affordable.

Checking in was a breeze and the condo was beautiful. We really enjoyed our time there.

The location is really good. This specific condo is very close to beach and pool access which was great. The check-in process was easy and quick. However, the condo itself was very unclean as were the linens. I have reached out and expressed this to the management team and they were responsive and helpful to get the problems fixed. But for the cost of the condo I wouldn’t expect to have to to ask for extra cleaning. I would stay in the building again but would choose a different unit.

A great location. Short walk to town. Great views. This room has some noise distractions with being near the stair well and the fire doors close loudly. This interferes with sleep for 2 of the bedrooms. The other noise issue is that the gate to access the ocean and pool are directly below the balcony. This creates substantial noise when you are relaxing o man the balcony.

Our family was in town for College of Charleston's graduation weekend and had an amazing stay!

The location was amazing....views were amazing and the condo was amazing!!! We had a package delivered prior to arriving and the cleaning crew put it in the cabinet we were impressed with the level of honesty after assuming the package was stolen for almost a day because we couldn't find it. The only issue we had was that the elevator in the building was out of order and the unit is far from the other elevator. So being on the third floor made it a little difficult for one of our guests that just had knee surgery. But we would visit again and we enjoyed our stay!

The condo was very clean and was just as images looked very modern looking. Liked that the bedding had clean white bedding and easy access to get in on check-in. Would recommend. Thanks

The location of this condo is great! Right on the beach and in walking distance to all bars, restaurants, and shops! The condo itself was dirty! Floors filthy, couldn’t walk barefoot, baseboards and countertops need cleaned too! Showers had mold in them and a few beds didn’t have mattress pads or fitted sheets! You were sleeping on a flat sheet that would move around and then laying directly in mattress. Yuck! If they find new housekeeping, then would recommend!

It was a very nice condo but there were several issues. The first and worst being the dryer wasn't working. It looked brand new but it wouldn't work. We waited all week for it to be fixed and it wasn't so we ended up having to bring tons of dirty laundry home. The kitchen had plenty of dishes but the pots pans and baking sheet were in terrible shape. There weren't any kitchen towels at all so we had to use paper towels to scrub them. Not fun on vacation to have to spend time doing that when we came to relax. No dust pan to be found anywhere so how are we supposed to keep the floor swept? When we arrived there were two expired parking passes from June so we threw those away and we only had 2 key fobs were there were supposed to be three. Overall it was a nice place mostly because of the location and pool but definitely not worth paying $3000.00 plus dollars for five days and have to deal with all these issues. It was tidy when we got there but I truly don't believe for a second that it had been deep cleaned. I found a dirty rag in the bathroom and a dead bug. I'm not a very picky person but I want to be honest about it. It was way too expensive for what we got. We stayed in another unit on the other end of the building last summer and we liked it so much better. No complaints whatsoever. The owner was lighting fast to respond to our needs last year. That makes a huge difference. I really think some of our money should be refunded.

Air conditioning went out (never got fixed but they sent two window units). It was stupid hot in Charleston in August. LOUD partying neighbors until 3 am. Moldy shower curtains and pillow. Super nice company manager though. Great view and nice location.

Great ocean front location with pool. Perfect for small children. Everything needed was within walking distance.

This was a wonderfully positive experience that we booked late in the game as a substitute for our planned trip to Greece.

Great location on the beach and short walk to all restaurants. Beautiful condo with everything promised. Checking in and out was a breeze. Overall cleanliness was very good however, two shower curtains had mold in lower corners and one toilet would not stop running.

This property met all our wishes- right on the beach, a fully stocked kitchen, and easy walking distance to all the Folly Beach restaurants and shops. Will stay again.

Beautiful view, clean place. Nice beach for swimming, walking and just relaxing on the beach.
