Great location, very clean, completely equipped.

Cute, clean house. Easily walkable to Queen St. and a lot of the activities in Charlottetown. Also walkable to Victoria Park which was lovely. Enjoyed walking through the neighborhood and seeing the different houses. The house was clean and comfortable. The host was quick to reply to any questions we had.

The house was just perfect; beautiful, classic home in a nice quiet neighborhood. The pictures in the ad don’t do justice for this place; it’s spacious, comfortable and felt just like you were at home. The house was very clean and organized both inside and out. The front porch and the back deck were nice to sit on and enjoy the quiet of the neighborhood. Joanne was a great host snd we definitely will return on our next PEI trip.

This house was perfect for us--three adults who needed an in town space that did not require a car. Extremely clean and well stocked with basics like Kleenex and salt. Charlottetown has plenty to see on foot, and for trips to the rest of PEI we hired a guide and driver. The owner was easy to communicate with and very willing to accept our requests. Well equipped kitchen. Outdoor deck is large and an excellent spot for meals. Highly recommend.

We had a fantastic experience for our first time using Vrbo!! Everything ran smoothly and the communication was excellent. Everything we needed was what was described in post. Our host was extremely helpful with communication and our needs.

We accidentally showed up a day too soon and Joanne was so gracious. Thank God she was able to accommodate us traveling with our dog. So easy to walk into city center. Everywhere we wanted to go we walked. We also was there at the start of hurricane Lee and we needed to leave PEI before storm came. Joanne offered her home if we needed to ride out the storm. Thanks again for understanding

Wonderful area in Charlottetown that is close to everything. The house is well stocked and super clean. Very comfortable, and our host was so easy to communicate with. Plenty of room, and overall wonderful experience.

Comfortable, beautiful accommodation with a gorgeous back yard and in an excellent location. Very well equipped with everything we needed for a perfect visit. The host explained everything before our arrival and before our departure and we felt very welcome.

This house is in a perfect location- walking distance to downtown and to the boardwalk/park. It’s also a mile from the grocery store and pharmacy. We had everything we needed in the kitchen. Our Boston Terrier loved the back yard and we enjoyed the back deck. We took our dog on walks to the park and around the neighborhood. The neighborhood was quiet and people we met were friendly. We highly recommend this rental.

The home was in a wonderful location. Walking distance to downtown and the waterfront. We had lots of room for 5 adults. We loved the fenced in outdoor space for our lab. Easy to communicate with. Also centrally located in the province as we did daily drives to different beaches. We would recommend this place to anyone!!

We had a lovely time at this vacation home (the owner’s family home) and they were wonderful to deal with. Even in the midst of Hurricane Fiona, they graciously provided us with additional rechargeable lighting and shared their generator power with us for the final few days of our vacation as they moved into the basement suite. Excellent location, close to downtown (10 min walk) - would definitely stay again. Thank you!

This was our second time at the Villa on Villa and it, once again, did not disappoint. Great location, all the amenities you need, lots of space and a beautiful backyard for BBQing and relaxing. Hopefully we can come back soon.

Very comfy home with a very short walk to the city center with all its restaurants and activities. The kitchen had everything you need as did the rest of the home. A great fenced backyard for our two Corgis to play in. Highly recommended for your stay in Charlottetown.

We spent almost a week at this property and enjoyed every minute of it. Lots of space, clean, dog friendly and a great backyard. It’s a quick walk to downtown, which was an added bonus.

We were so pleased with our stay. After a 15 hour drive, with our four dogs, we were delighted with the ease of access to the house. The host had let us know everything we needed to know beforehand as we knew we would be arriving late. The home was comfortable, well equipped for our needs, and the dogs loved the fenced backyard!! It was great to spend the days out enjoying our visit to PEI, and be able to return "home" to relax.

This beautiful olde home was perfect for our stay in Charlottetown. We are two sisters who had not met in person in over ten years.
With bones like this we had no worries about Hurricane Dorian. Joanne was immediately responsive to all our questions. The driveway is ample for large vehicles. The neighborhood is lovely and in walking distance to all of downtown. We so enjoyed breakfasts in the fully appointed kitchen and late night visits on the cozy sectional. We could see the possibilities for large families with the large kitchen, three bedrooms and modern laundry facilities.
The only problem was shortage of time so we hope to find this home available on a future visit.

We had a great time at the Villa on Villa. It's a beautiful old house renovated perfectly. It was great to have a fenced yard (which was much bigger than the pics indicated!) for our dog. Very quiet neighbourhood, yet we were able to walk everywhere downtown and to Victoria Park.
