We enjoyed our stay at this perfect so well-appointed condo. It had the perfect amount of beds for my family. The house overlooking the beach and the new pier was so lovely. We definitely will stay here again. The management company was great, helping with some issues (all mine) so quickly. The beds >Perfect the bathrooms >Perfect. I cannot think of one thing that this place would need to add. They even have a separate Ice maker and wine fridge. We had a lovely stay; it was a little cold, but we managed to bundle up and go to the beach. (Try to look for shark teeth). Also, you can see the sunset from the pier. Book this place you will not be sorry.

The condo was extremely nice and large. We had plenty of room for 5 adults and 2 infants. Condo came equipped with many amenities such as an ice maker which is very convenient. Great location can walk to many restaurants. Unit was updated and very clean. We had a great vacation. Thank you!

We had a great time. On the beach and many great restaurants to walk to. Charleston was close and we went to Fort Sumter and the City Market

We had a wonderful vacation in this gorgeous condo. The property was even better than the description and scrupulously clean. The ocean view with coffee was a great way to start our day and the beach access was quick and easy. It’s an easy drive into Charleston to take in the sights. We will definitely visit again and rent this exact condo!

We had a great time. The rental was as described and perfect for our mini family reunion. Other family members rented condos in same building and this one was far more modern and accommodating. The condo is close to everything in the center of Folly Beach. We had a great time and would definitely come back.

This is the most updated rental unit we have ever seen - stacked front loader washer/dryer, French door frig, wine frig, electric blinds, remote fans, gorgeous floors. Lots of extras - toys/games for the kiddos, great outdoor furniture, beach towels, well stocked kitchen, more bath towels than we needed for 7 people ages 4 to 66.

what a great (big!) condo! the outside doesn’t look anything like what the inside of the property looks like! yes, the outside is dated... but that doesn’t matter! because once you step inside, you’ll be transformed to another place! the place looks brand new, was super clean & the view is breathtaking! would have never guessed that the place is so big! loved it here & highly recommend! thanks :) M

Wonderful place to stay!

Wonderful trip from start to finish. Our condo was amazing. Beautiful decor, clean, huge, all the amenities, and a view of the pier/ocean. Awesome location to restaurants, bars and shops! The service/communication from the management company was top rate too! We will definitely return!

Ocean front bedroom shade is still broken. All glass sliding doors are dated and very hard to open. You sit on the greatroom sofa and see a parking lot. TV should be on opposite wall so you see the ocean. Pictures on the website made it look much larger than it actually was. Would only recommend at much lower price.
