Brought the entire family of 9 down for a week. Couldn't keep the grandkids out of the pool, everybody had a bed and a room. Always something to do, restaurants, stores all 2 minutes away.

This home was perfect for our family weekend. The kids spent the entire time in the pool and were exhausted by nighttime. It’s a cozy home that offers ample space for each family member to be comfortable and independent. We loved the neighborhood, 3 minutes away from Publix and Walgreens. Everyone had a wonderful time.

Six friends who have known each other over 40 years celebrated our 60th birthdays this weekend. The house had the perfect space for us and in a great location. The owner was very responsive to any questions we had and we had a fabulous time!

It was refreshing to stay at a rental where the photos and the descriptions were an accurate depiction of the the actual property. Everything was just as shown in the pictures!! Pool was fantastic!! The home is beautiful, and perfect for our family of seven. The owners were very friendly and accommodating of some changes we requested. We absolutely loved our stay and would recommend 100%!!!

My husband and I and a couple of our friends stayed in this property. The property was clean and beautifully decorated had everything in it. It also was very close to a lot of restaurant and bars. We definitely will be back. The host also was very quick to respond to any of our questions or needs.

Being from Florida we wanted a quick weekend getaway with friends and no kids. We found this home and loved it!
It was large enough to accommodate our party of 8. It was great to have a place to dock a boat rental, run to the store if needed, and there were 2 local restaurants within a 3 min drive.
House rental rules were easy enough to follow and respect their wishes. Check in was easy access as described in the owner’s communication. We couldn’t set the air lower than 73 but there were ceiling and room fans provided- as us women ranged from mid 40s- mid 50s and you know we sweat when sleep! Lol
The house provided everything needed even WiFi . Just bring your food!
The neighborhood was pleasant and quiet.
We would definitely do this again.

The house is exactly as described, the outdoor space in amazing and the location is quite central to everything you need. Fully equipped with everything you need to eat in, quality beds and linens. Very clean, comfortable and plenty of room to spread out. The bikes are a nice amenity.

The home is beautiful and has everything you need. My only complaint is there are ALOT of rules. I respect that there are rules, however it was just too overwhelming. The owner reminded us of these rules several times throughout our stay via text. It makes it a bit uncomfortable and we just couldn't relax. Also, you aren't "allowed" to turn the AC down past 73 and it got very hot in the master bedroom. Everyone has different comfort levels when it comes to temperatures - what's good for one person, isn't for another. If you are going to rent a house at this price, you are going to take care of it in general.

My Family and I immensely enjoyed our time. The accommodations are better then described. We had plenty of space inside to each have our own quiet place. Fished off the dock, completely enjoyed the pool area and amazing grill. Beaches and stores so close. Perfect location...... 5 Stars for sure.

Such a wonderful home for a family getaway. The pool/lanai area with the outdoor TV were perfect - you never needed to leave! Stacey was a terrific host and very responsive. Highly recommend for any families looking to escape for a bit at a beautiful home that has everything!
