This rental was as described. It was clean and well appointed. We had a couple of small issues which the owner addressed immediately. He was very easy to reach and pleasant to deal with.
The only negative was the beach and water. It was partly my fault because it is on the bay not the ocean and I knew that.
Overall, a great place to stay. I would rent again.

It was a great property. I had planned for a reunion of my sons and myself however one son got COVID and had to cancel the other had a severe sinus infection and cancelled. Instead of nine people there it was only me and I spent most of my time with my oldest son in Valrico, Florida.

Had a wonderful long weekend visiting our son in college. Very clean and so spacious. Grounds were beautiful and we saw the manatee each day from the balcony. Thanks for a great time!

My car was locked in the garage when the code stopped working and i called the locksmith per the property's owner instruction. He said to tell him how much it was. I gave him a month to refund me and i send a reminder that was never answered.

Very nice as advertised. Great Manatee viewing during mating season at least. Watch out for the parking cameras at the sunset grill. They willsend you a ticket for $85 even if you are lust dropping someone off. Super quiet on the water side. Convienent location and lots of water toys.

We would totally stay here again, if was perfect, clean,comfortable,safe,relaxing,and comfortable. Loved watching the manatees play right in front of us!!

This process was easy, the pictures were accurate. Listing said 2800 Sq ft. I guess if you include the garage that was accurate enough. There were more amenities than listed as far as toys to use. The manatees were fantastic to watch, the Harbor walk in the AM was too awesome for words. The porpoises and dolphins feeding in the AM off the pier and the brief AM sighting and growl of the "big cat" (panther we think) going into the heavy brush (Old Shell Road was memorable.

If your looking for a family stay, it is a very nice and spacious unit. We were there for a sports tournament so we were on the road quite a bit. The owner was extremely nice and accommodating! The unit itself is lovely, but it should be noted how many stairs there are. I have rheumatoid arthritis so by the 3rd day it was a bit difficult. The decor was lovely and it is true about watching the manatees directly off the balcony! Thank you for a lovely stay. It was our first time using VRBO.

So glad I made the decision to stay at this VRBO. The home is amazing and comes with everything you would need in that area. We felt right at home as soon as we got there and we did not want to leave. The owner was very attentive and responded quickly to my inquiries. We loved our stay here!!! David was an awesome host answering any questions and giving us suggestions where to go. We couldn’t have picked a better place. Two bar/restaurants on site, beach, pool, drank coffee watching manatee off our deck. We had an amazing time and we will go back!!!! David offered many toys, rafts, bikes etc in the garage for our use as well.

Had a great stay in Ruskin Florida. Overall, more than pleased with our stay. Loved the location with the exception that Uber/Lyft services are hard to get (certainly not the fault of the host). Unit is well lived in but certainly comfortable and would recommend especially for the value. Easy commutes in almost any direction, not far from anything that we wished to do. Had a great time, partly because we had a "home" tocome home to.

We were greeted by the manatees swimming in the pond! The condo was very clean. We enjoyed the beach, the restaurant and outside bar. Very relaxing.

This is the second time we've stayed in this townhouse. The property was clean with the exception of the carpets (but that's probably a no-win situation on a rental) and torn screens (looks like a dog panicked to get out). The owner was responsive to our issues which included a refrigerator that went on the fritz. We would recommend this owner/property to large families. My husband and were there for the full six weeks and our kids/grandkids visited for a few days as well. Plenty of beds, dishes and a roomy living area.

Had a nice stay in ruskin, very comfortable accommodations. Would have been nice if the ice maker worked...3 couples and 4 ice trays just don't cut it. Beds were not very comfortable. Please pay for some TV service...couldn't watch the playoff game due to the ROKU TV setup and no live TV.

Easy to rent - prop mgr very responsive. Stairs were a lot for older adults to deal with carrying luggage groceries etc. view not as advertised. Every sliding door screen ripped. Pipes in downstairs bath and kitchen have leaks. Garage door opener didn’t work.

Everything was excellent! The owner was super easy to communicate with! The listing was just as shown no extra charges or surprises. The beach was close and beautiful. We loved it all. We come down every year for cheerleading competition. We will be back next December!! I recommend this listing highly! Thank you so much for a wonderful stay!

A nice and safe area for a family vacation. Private beach good area to lay out and kids play in sand but not necessarily good area to swim. Picture of view was inaccurate per listing, patio base board/ threshold dirty, and mold in washer. Recommend replacing garage remote battery and 2 of 3 inflatable kayaks have patched holes that do not hold air.
