Overall, it was a great stay. Perfect size for our family of 10 as everyone had their own space too. Pool was perfect and the kids used it constantly when we were home. Did a lot of cooking throughout our month-long stay. As others have alluded to, the home is in need of some TLC. Living room furniture is torn and uncomfortable. Carpet needs to be replaced and patio needs power washed. Ally was super attentive from the beginning and throughout our stay.

The location is much further away from the water park than what it show in the picture. You don’t find the address until after you book. You may have neighbors that play loud music after hours. We found it hard to sleep. However they left and it was much better.

The place is nice- but needs some TLC.. The main floor furniture is very uncomfortable, one of the couches actually had a broken spring- I think the owner is simply trying to have nice looking furniture without considering comfort.. Heating the swimming pool is an extra charge per day is ridiculous amount of money, renting the grill (Cheap grill from Walmart) for an extra charge per day is a ridiculous considering the amount of money we paid for renting the property .. Yes, this is a business, but it seemed like I was being nickle and dimed by the extra charges when the owners don't really seem to care about the comfort of their clients. I don't mean for this to be a bad review because the house is nice, the property is nice and the location is nice.. I just think the owner needs to consider more comfort and perhaps let the guests have access to a grill without extra charges.. We bought a bunch of groceries and non-perishable items and just left them for the next guests... There is NO salt and Pepper shakers... (LOL)

Property suited our needs. Lots of space for the kids to play and for adults to relax. Location was convenient for travelling to the parks and for shopping. Was a bit warm at night in the bedrooms.

Wonderful home for everyone to have private sleeping space and bathroom yet great areas indoors and outside for gathering together for meals and pool time. Gated quiet Community provided feeling of security and was close to many attractions, grocery stores and shopping.

The condo itself was beautiful and spacious. However, as others have said, additional linens would be nice. There were only 2 towels in each bathroom and with a large group, that isn’t enough for showering let alone pool usage as well. As others have mentioned, the listing makes it look as if the water slides/lazy river are super close. The clubhouse/water slides are in the next “subdivision” over, not too far but definitely driving distance. The location is safe and close to food and stores however it is not what I would consider “close” to Disney parks as the listing mentions. It takes at least 30 minutes, depending on what time of day you leave- could be closer to 45 minutes. Overall, the pros outweighed the cons for me and I would stay in this condo again!

Wonderful, clean, and spacious house close to Disney and all the activities on FL-192 in Kissimmee.

I was unable to use the pool and spa because there were no hand rails to assist in getting in and out. The screens around the pool were torn. There was evidence of ants all around the pool. Some shrubs would be very nice to separate the pools in the back. It felt like we were sharing our space in the pool with the people on either side The table on the lanai was warped and the glasses tipped if the weren’t placed very carefully. Grab bars would be wonderful in the showers. The washer made a loud clicking nose the whole time it was running so we could not run it if someone was sleeping downstairs. Many of the dresser drawers were broken and unusable. The children’s rooms were wonderfully whimsical. The property provided plenty of space for my entire family.

This property met all of our expectations for our large family of 15. The gate on the upper level and fenced in pool made it very safe for small children. We spend a day at Disney and a day at Legoland and both parks were easily accessible by car from this location and the clubhouse amenities were very enjoyable.

Nice process

The pictures of the house itself were accurate, and the size of the house was great for my group. However, there was no lazy river, play ground, club house, etc. As was pictured in the posting. The beds were not good, and the kitchen could have been appointed better for families and people who want to cook. The biggest issues were that there was no manual as was indicated in our instructions. I paid for the pool to be heated and it was FREEZING. There was no resolution when I let the owner know and the local property manager's office was rude and unhelpful.

We enjoyed our stay at this home. The house was as presented. The home is large with plenty of space for a large family or extended family. The bedrooms were great and plenty of bathroom. The home was close to all the Disney parks as well as restaurants and grocery stores. There were only a few quirks for us. The home is new and not very well stocked there were only 6 drinking glasses so we drank out of the wine glasses most of the time since those were well stocked. They could definitely use a few extra towels as with a large party you are doing wash every day. The resort pool that is shown in the photo is a bit of a walk from the home and in the next development over. It is about a 3 to 4 min drive. They also do not offer towels at the resort pool so you either have to buy or bring towels from the home. The resort pool was very nice, the kids had a great time at the lazy river. They offer food and beverages which made it a great down day away from the parks. I will agree with the prior reviewer that the mattresses at this home are not very comfortable so if you have back problems I would bring a mattress topper.

The house is wonderful. Beautiful house with lots of room for everyone. Most of the amenities are correct but some items that are listed to be there are not. The swimming pool is very nice and our grandson spent many hours in it on our days off from the disney parks.

It was a beautiful home. We had plenty of space and the pool and hot tub was very relaxing! There wasn’t hardly any cooking utensils and only a couple pans. I bought some pot holders, measuring cups and spoons and some baking pans for the home. I would recommend this home to anyone!

The beds except for the master suite we’re very uncomfortable. Perhaps new ones could be purchased. The floors did not look clean under the bar or in the bathrooms. A few things were broken….outside lounge chair, door stops, master night stand, upstairs living room coffe table (bottom section cracked), dining room chairs, upstairs lamp missing screw, upstairs chair wobbly. We did love the house and had a great time!

Great stay

Did this property meet our needs for a short stay for Disney? Yes. Would I stay here again? No. First, communication with the property manager was terrible. It wasn’t until I sent an email and called about the AC being out upstairs before they took action. The pool was green and we asked for it to be cleaned. This never occurred. Don’t think you’ll be able to use the community pool and lazy river either, they were wayyy overcrowded. Check in process was not accurately depicted— you can go right to the house. Basketball net is no longer there for the game room. Furniture was well loved with some things broken. Neighbors were loud after hours and you could hear them well past 2a from the master. After coming home from a long day at the parks, beds were not comfortable. If you are looking for a space to sleep for a large group, sure. This is not the best place for a family vacation.

Check in directions that were given we not accurate- but we figured it out. Also in house info, address of clubhouse and amenities would have been very helpful

The a/c did not cool upstairs very good, especially the space themed room. When you pay 60.00 to rent a grill it should have propane with it. The kitchen faucet is loose and needs repair. But with all of this the house was exactly what we needed to accommodate our family.

We spent 6 nights at this wonderful condo! It was very clean and even larger than the pictures show. Plenty of space for our group of 9. The pool was enjoyed by the kids, although a bit cold as noted in other reviews. The only things I would note is that the wifi was terrible. Most of us had trouble connecting and if we did connect, it would kick us off at times or want us to sign in to a spectrum account. The basketball hoop in the garage is totally broken, both nets are gone and rims are broke. The description should be updated as the house isn't new anymore. Also, the check in process should be updated. We were told we would need to check in at the clubhouse and scan a QR code but neither was needed. We pulled up to the gate and it automatically opened. All we needed was the door code. Even the clubhouse staff confirmed this. The resort pool and restaurant area were a big hit and nice bonus. We would definitely go back and rent again!

Very lovely house, plenty of room for 2 families, we has 6 adults and 6 kids and all slept comfortably. We had room to move around, not piled on top of each other. You fo have to make sure you bring your own tissue, paper towels, laundry and dish pods. Other than that we had plenty of dishes and cookware. Having a pool on site was great, we also had access to the Waterpark. It was nice but older kids want be to thrilled about it, it's setup more for younger children 12 and under. When we arrived the basketball goal was broken/missing so hopefully they have replaced it before the next guest. Overall, we would rent again and recommend.
