overall a very nice property and good location, but parking was limited, unit needs some repair work - refrigerator made strange noises at different times!

The suite was very nice and the view spectacular. I was surprised at how small the kitchen was though. Mine was a wheelchair accessible suite, although I don't need a wheelchair, so that may have made the kitchen area smaller. I book vacation rentals to save a little money and hassle on dining out but mostly to feel part of a community. The tiny two-burner hot plate was too small to cook anything more than scrambled eggs on and microwavable meals are not very good.

Really nice room in a great location

It was our 35th Anniversary! I originally booked just a room at a Hotel! Then saw this VRBO this unit at 25% the cost! We always want a water view which we requested! They gave us Wonderful unit with King bedroom, full kitchen, living room with the view we desired!

Well kept good location

The property was under total renovation, however we were in a separate building so it didn't have a lot of negative effect on our stay. The check in staff were great, very friendly and helpful. Because of the construction it was a bit of a challenge to find the front desk, but we got it done. Beautiful views of Newport Harbor.

Our stay was lovely and our place was comfortable, however our ocean view was marred by the one large window (right in the center of the wall) that was completely fogged. I am assuming the glass was compromised. So it was very hard to get a nice view. Hopefully it will be fixed. Just disappointed...

Very quiet, clean and comfortable.

Great view and location! We were able to walk to and from all the shopping and restaurants. The pull out couch was comfortable. The price was unbelievably low when I went. Will definitely try to stay again next February!

Very enjoyable. Was a lot larger than expected. Full kitchen set up, plates, cups, coffee maker, large fridge. Everything you need to make small meals, breakfast. Definitely going to stay again.

Everything was as advertised, except for the view. It was better than we expected from the listing. We had many activities planned outside the resort, but found ourselves preferring to stay in on our second day and just enjoy the ocean view from our room and roof top deck. Even in the cold. It was wonderful. Having the ability to store food and cook meals in the room is an added plus. Very clean and staff was so curteous with all our questions. Definitely looking forward to returning.

My sister and I went for our January birthdays. We will absolutely be back! The view is just amazing and never gets old. The ONLY thing I would say is the parking situation was very tight and not enough spaces for the amount of rooms so we had to park pretty far closer to the main building instead of ours. Other than that it was just a perfect stay!

You really can't find a nicer stay in Newport for the price. The room is large and modern and the views are one of the best I've experienced in Rhode Island. You are walking distance to everything including the high end amenities the resort offers. This is our second time here and we love it so much!

It was a very nice stay and the view was incredible. At check in it seemed the girls were a little distracted and didn't acknowledge us for a couple of minutes. I had to say hello first...I understand that it's not the same as staying at a hotel but first impressions are important. The girl that did check us in ended up being very nice once we started the check in process. Thanks

Hotel staff friendly, check in easy. One bedroom - clean and well stocked. The view from the room was great….waterway, boats , the Newport Bridge & town all lit up for Christmas. Location is perfect….short walk to Thames for shops and eating.

Great location and views. Really nice suite.

The suite was a very short trip to downtown and it was nice to have the added amenities Wyndham provided. Given that it was on the fifth floor, you could not ask for a nicer view of the water and town in the morning. The sitting room, while basic, was appreciated after a long day of walking and seeing all of the attractions Newport offers.

This is absolutely one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. The room was amazing, large, well stocked, updated, airy, comfy, fancy. The bathroom has a large shower with an actually deep tub. We didn't use the kitchen during our short stay, but it would have been perfect to use during travel. The location was amazing, back on a side street off the main road, but right up on the marina with windows looking out to the water. I really cannot stress how beautiful the view was. Both during the day, and at night with just enough light to see the boats docked. For an even better view, go to the roof top deck. The check-in was easy, just in a building across the street. The amenities at that building across the street were wonderful. We stayed here 2 nights and I wish we could have stayed so much more.

The room was extremely clean & bed/furniture very comfortable. The apartment door entrance needs to be adjusted. There’s outside light that filters into the bedroom at nighttime. Parking is a bit of a challenge. Not enough parking spaces with the building. We had to park across the street at the main facility.
