Incredible property, cant say enough good things about the property and the staff to describe our experience. Alan was very communicative throughout the whole booking process, then handed us off to Daniel and Pascal for the on Island communication and ammenity selections. Both gentlement are first class individuals who will treat you like gold. Jorge, Panchito and Reinna handled the food and beverages with top shelf charm and technique. You will be absolutley spoiled by everyone at Private Paradise. We had a live band come in one night, a dj another.. Just an amazing experience all around.

Believe me when I tell you, this place is the REAL DEAL! It's like having your own luxury All-Inclusive vacation, with only your friends and family. We went with 4 couples, and there were more staff attending to our needs, than there were guests on the property! Not to mention, every meal was perfectly prepared, made to order, and cleaned up, so you don't have to do anything! From the moment we arrived at the airport, everything single aspect of our trip was perfectly prepared. Daniel & Pascal planned every excursion to our exact specifications, even sending Jorge along with us to make sure everything went smoothly! (imagine booking a day charter, and having your own personal butler go with you!) Jorge and Poncho were always ready with drinks and snacks, and Rena was ready everything morning with made to order breakfast! The location and property were amazing, but the staff really made this trip special. Can't wait to go back and take our children!

Private Paradise is one of a kind. It truly is a luxury private resort. Everything about this property exceeded our expectations. The meals were world class and we even had lobster and shrimp for lunch. The dinners were better than many high-end restaurants around the world. The dedicated staff will make you feel like you've struck the lottery. They were all fantastic and did everything possible to ensure the vacation was memorable. If you're going to Cozumel, book this place now.

This house and the staff are amazing. We came with 18 family members from my 65 year old dad to the youngest niece of 5 years old. The staff absolutely provided the BEST experience we have ever had on vacation! I can't even articulate the exemplary service and vacation this provided for our family. The moms in the group truly had a real vacation as we didn't have to cook or clean or even keep track of the older kids as the house was safe for them to roam around wherever they needed to with an adult in earshot. The stairs to the penthouse was a bit much for my elderly father— wish there was an elevator- but he made the climb every morning and every night for the view and beauty. The breakfast, lunches and dinners provided were first class. This vacation is well worth the expense! Will do it again!!! Thank you Daniel, Jorge, Pascal, Chef Reina, Pancho, Chef Fernando...you all served humbly and wonderfully the Jaquez, Hernandez and Garcia family! We will see you again!!

Wonderful home for large family. The staff was fantastic and the food was great. You never have to leave. We had family ages 1 - 63. All enjoyed the experience. I would highly recommend. Rob.

From the moment you arrive, you are greeted by an amazing staff who take excellent care of you throughout your stay. Private Paradise lives up to its name and the photos listed. Immaculate rooms with very comfortable beds and views to die for. Food that will wow you. Drinks a plenty. Lots to do with super fun water slide, cornhole, snorkeling off the dock, lounging, swim up bar, tvs everywhere. The staff make it so easy to set up and get you to excursions. We had them bring in massage therapists who were top notch. If you want to avoid the crowds and spend a week in luxury, this is your place. Would stay again in a heartbeat. Excellent...property, staffing, food and friendliness!!!!

This beautiful Villa is above and beyond a dream vacation come true! It is absolutely amazing inside and out.Upon arrival we were greeted with champagne by the entire staff! There is something for everyone at this Villa. In the evening we enjoyed ourselves having happy hour and dancing at the Martini bar (Thanks for the dancing lessons Enrique), playing pool and watching movies in the game room/theater and playing around with all the fun accessories in the shadow room. Pascal arranged for us to get on site massages, the theater was transformed into a serene spa. We enjoyed the beautiful pool area, swim up bar, cabanas, and hammocks over the ocean. The steps down to the water made it easy to go snorkeling and swimming. Each morning a dive boat picked us up at our dock and we experienced the most spectacular diving. The waterslide was fast and fun! We ventured out peddling around the neighborhood on the multi-person bike, which was a fun adventure.My daughter is in college and is distance learning due to Covid -19 (can't think of a better place to distance learn)! The wifi was flawless and it as no problem getting her exams printed out.The food presentation by all the chefs was an incredible experience and so delicious. Suz (the gluten free guest) who is also a nutritionist was blown away that at every meal. They prepared a special gluten free dish for her. Pascal brought in Modelo for her, which is a naturally gluten free beer. Rena and Rosey prepared us made to order delicious breakfasts every morning. You have to try Renas custom pancakes!The staff was above and beyond accommodating to all of our needs. I can't say enough about each and every one of them. They made us feel like family and we can't wait to visit our Cozumel family again!

Forget all you think you know about Cozumel, and what a Private Resort has to offer, because Private Paradise on the coast of Cozumel is an experience that shatters both of those notions. Think 007 meets mission impossible. From the exotic entrance/bar with “mixologist” worthy libations to shadow dancing, this place does not disappoint. You won’t need to lift a finger, everything from private chefs, and restaurants to fabulous turquoise ocean excursions have been meticulously researched and vetted. There’s also plenty to do for teens and younger kiddies as well. It’s as close to a no-brainer vacation that exists. We can’t wait to go back!

Words can’t describe this place and the pictures don’t do it justice! It’s amazing! The entire staff greets you in the grand entrance hall on arrival with hand sanitizer, chilled face towels and cold drinks. Behind them are four giant waterfalls that cascade down from the third floor, you feel like you are at a resort - essentially this is what it is; a “Private” luxury resort, all to yourself! The place is huge! The butlers, bartenders and staff are highly attentive and the craft cocktails and martinis compete with any elite Vegas club. The best part is that you get to experience the cooking of different gourmet chef’s every night!The 250’ long waterslide that literally goes through the villa and over the swim up bar was our favorite part. It even has lights and music!We will definitely be back!
