Just slept. It’s close to everything

We loved this property. Amazing location a short walk to pismo beach and perfect setup for our family of 3. We’ll be back!

The property was great. It had everything you would need such as towels, laundry detergent, dish detergent, zip lock bags, etc. It is great proximity to the beach. My only complaint was that I was not aware that you check in and get your keys at a different location.

This unit is managed by Beach Bum Properties. I found them to not be very responsive through VRBO but if you contact them directly they are very responsive and helpful with any needs. The unit I was given was different than what was pictured, but I was not disappointed by this. It was a very clean, nicely decorated, and well stocked place. They even had spices and cooking spray, which came in very handy. The only down side was the bed in the master bedroom. It was not comfortable at all. The owner should invest in a nice memory foam topper to help or just buy a new mattress. The landscaping in the courtyard was just beautiful. Even being so close to downtown, it was fairly quiet.
