The home was super clean, comfortable, and filled with great entertainment for guests of all ages. We had a group of 10 and the kids spent many hours in the basement where there was a ping pong table, pool, game systems, foosball etc. The adults also were able to spread out across the first floor because there are multiple lounge areas in the living room and near the family room by the kitchen. The house was clean and the owners was super responsive to our needs. They pinged us a couple weeks before our stay to make sure we had what we needed. They knew we would be spending Thanksgiving at the home so they provided all the pans we needed to heat our ham and other baked goods. They also responded very promptly to all questions and concerns we had during our stay. The house is well-stocked with spices and with all the toiletries that you need. It's also located right across from a park for little kids and not too far from Whole Foods, Costco, Top Golf, Thornton premium outlets, and Denver. Definitely a 5-star stay!

This home was amazing!!! I give it 10 out of 10 stars. The pictures on the website were exactly as the home looked. The home was spotless on arrival! Our Property Manager was extremely responsive. The initial contact was made with me 3 weeks prior to arrival to ensure I had everything I needed for my stay. I would DEFENITELY stay in this home again on my next trip to the Denver area.

We had a wonderful time in this spacious home. There were 11 family members that gathered from TX, CA & MO, ages 13 to 80. This home accommodated us nicely and the hosts were very helpful and responsive. We think families with younger children would especially like the amenities that were provided. We went to Boulder and drove through the mountains, toured Red Rocks Amphitheatre and went to a Colorado Rockies game. The rest of the time we enjoyed dinners cooked in the large kitchen and visiting with each other!

This home was absolutely perfect! We hosted our sons rehearsal dinner for about 40 guests, prior to his destination wedding. It was large enough to have family & friends stay with us at different times during the week. The home is clean, spacious, nicely decorated. It has plenty of things to entertain. Ping Pong & Foosball we're a hit for our crew! The location is perfectly located. Close enough to Denver & close enough to make a day trip to Estes park. The host is very accommodating and easily accessible if anything is needed. We had a great time, we'll definitely return!

This was a great getaway for our siblings and spouses reunion. The location was great for many local attractions. Very clean and comfortable home. Communication with Harry was excellent.

Harry is the best host! Attentive, discreet, detail oriented, good source of information about the area, enjoyed interacting with him. Easy check-in Property pristine, luminous, quiet, lots of space, the game room(s) in the basement added to family fun. Neighborhood peaceful, close to shopping, groceries, gyms, restaurants. Close and easy access to downtown Denver and outdoors. We all felt very comfortable and unanimously agreed to come back next time we’d explore the area. Thank you Harry!

We had a wonderful stay in Colorado. The home was perfect for our family. The kids loved the game room! I loved that all the roomed had queen or king sized beds and a tv. Great floor plan. Harry was very responsive and made sure that our stay was perfect.

Our family was excited about staying in this home based upon all the great pictures on website. You cant imagine our disappointment when we arrived. Upon walking in the home we see the wall in front of the door with brown marks all over it...dirt and damaged walls. Walk into kutchen to find food on counters, water stains on counter by sink. Top of stove is awful and the oven has food all in it...doesnt look like it has it been cleaned in months. Sit down on leather couch and notice something sticking out between cushions.... it was a baggie with crumbs in it. Move the cushion and found used bandaids, food, toys and toothpicks. It was AWFUL. There was dust hanging from the ceiling fans. Dishwasher was full of rust and couldnt be used. DIRTIEST HOUSE I HAVE EVER RENTED IN VRBO! The entire house needed to be cleaned so we went out and got cleaning supplies and cleaned for almost 4 hours. Tried to find another place but because it was Memorial Day Weekend it was not possible. HERE IS THE CREEPY PART They have cameras and watch when you come and go. I would get text messages based upon us leaving the house. They control the lights and AC remotely. We would turn lights off abd set AC at 68 to go to bed. Wake ip and lights were on and AC moved ip to 72. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOUSE AT ALL * We did get a small discount but we still ended our vacation early because of the house*

Big, comfortable home which was perfect for our large group.

We loved the three levels with lots of space for everyone and the ability for everyone to do different activities!

This house worked out great for our 3 families (4 adults and 7 kids). The basement area was great for the kids and the house had plenty of room for all. Location was pretty convenient to get to downtown Denver and Boulder. There are some restaurants nearby the house but the really good eats are in downtown and in Boulder which will take you 25-30 minutes to drive to. I would recommend that the house increases its stock of kitchenware as it was a little light on glasses and there is no wine opener or wine glasses. Still made it work though!

We were very comfortable in this house. It accommodate us seven people. We have enjoyed the games, pool table and feet massager after walking around all day. Had 5 bedrooms with TV. There is 3 seating area, and also plenty of kitchen utilities ( pots and pan) and dinnerware’s . Love the whole house. For sure we would stay again here.

Great location! The house has everything that you and your family need. Harry is an exceptional host who responded in a timely manner to all of my questions. Our group had four kids and they were never bored in this house. We would definitely book again!
